1. He is a nice person, you know, everybody likes him. 也代表你想要描述一件事情, 但一时之间讲不清楚, 但对方大概也知道你在讲也什么东西, 例如, "The capital of Cuba is, you know. you know." 2. Look, the fact is I don't like him at all.. 3. I was just like, "Hey! Don't even think of parking here." 或是 "He said..." 而会说, "I was just like." 和 "He was just like." 那就可以说, "I was just like; No way, my car was towed." You have to keep the secret for me; you know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying 原来是一句问句, "Do you know what I'm saying?" 但是老美口头上都直接把 "You know what I'm saying?" 例如, "I spent my entire day with her. You know what I'm saying?" 5. All right, I got to go. 同理, 当你讲电话讲到不想讲了, 就可以说, "All right, I have to hit a shower." 或是两人会面结束要说再见前, 就可以说, "All right, I got to go."6. Did you see her new car? It was so cool! 我注意到当老美在念 so cool 这两个字时, so 要特别拉得长长的, 听起来有点像是, "It was soooooo cool." Whatever!随便.Whatever 在口语上的意思就是 "随便, 无所谓" 例如别人问你, "Do you like apple or banana?" 但请不要说成 "I don't care." 例如老美会说, "Itotally have no idea how to file my tax return, whatever."

Go break a leg. I put my foot in my mouth. 他就很快说了一句, "I put my foot in my mouth." 话说我刚学会这句, "I put my foot in my mouth." 我居然说成了, "I put my foot in your mouth." 结果那个老美笑得合不拢嘴, 他说, "What did you say? You want to put your foot in my mouth?" 3. I know what you meant when you were talking about school. I know what you meant when you were talking about your feelings.4. The thunder storm took its tolls on human lives. Toll station. 最近美国是龙卷风跟暴风雨的季节, 所以新闻上常可以听到播报员这么说, "The thunder strom took its tolls on human lives."5. May I cut in? You cut the line." Do you go through your shoes? Go through 的用法很多, 像教授常常会说, "Let's go through the chapter real quick." 例如有一次听老美说, "You can go through your master degree in one year and on your way home." 另外 go through 也可以当作翻找东西的意思, 例如不要乱翻我的东西, 在英文就是 "Don't go through my stuffs."7. English is my Achilles heel. 罩门另外还有一种讲法, 叫waterloo, 例如"English is my waterloo." Take a wild guess. Wild 这个字蛮有趣的, 很多老中都不太会用, 除了take a wild guess 之外, 有时老美会说, "That's the call of the wild." 9. It was worth a shot. 所以如果你要鼓励别人去试一试, 你就可以说, "Come on, give it a shot!" 记得在 South Park 这部电影中, 有一个老师就对那群满口脏话的小孩说, "Come on, give your best shot!"10. I am gung-ho about my dating. I am gung-ho about my presentation.

1、You bet. You can bet money on that."

Is this is the way to High Tower Museum?"

You bet your ass I'm going to fire you."

There you go.

"There you go."

或"That's it."

Well, I just came by to give you my report, so, there you go!"

1. It's bullshit! All rise!

3. Damn it!

It`s none of your business!

5. What the hell is going on?

6. Come on!

7. Leave me alone! Ditto!

男主角从来不说 I love you,总是以“ditto"回应。

9. How can I forget such a beautiful girl/sexy boy?(我怎么能忘了你这个大美女/大帅哥呢?)

10. I had no choice!

Is this is the way to High Tower Museum ?" There you go .

" There you go ."

或 " That ' s it ."

3. Here you go .

" Here you go ." 和 " There you go ." 仔细来分," Here you go ." 指的是一件事情还在进行之中,而 " There you go ." 而不是 " There yougo ."
