英语语法教学不应仅仅局限于语法规则的传授,还应设置符合学生现有水平、贴近真实生活的语言情境,增加语法学习的趣味性,引导学生学会更好地运用相关规则。

本文以译林版初中英语九年级下册 Unit4 Grammar部分为例,探究情境教学法在英语语法教学中的有效运用,切实提高学生的语法学习效果。

一、情境教学法的提出古希腊教育家苏格拉底提出“产婆术”的教育思想。

他指出,在教学过程中,面对学生提出的问题,不应该直接给予解答,而是应该设置问题情境,引导学生积极探索、主动思考,帮助学生提高分析和解决问题的能力。

这一教育思想为情境教学法的诞生奠定了基础。

1989年,Brown、Collin 和 Duguid首次提出“情境教学”这一概念。

他们指出,学习知识的最好方法是在情境中进行。

情境教学法就是在课堂教学中通过设置情境,借助实践活动以及互动交流的方式去建构有意义的新知识,从而激发学生积极的情感、提高学生学习效果的一种教学方法。

运用情境教学法时,教师应根据具体的教学目标和教学内容,结合学生的心理特征,用和现实生活息息相关的真实情境引入所学知识,调动学生的学习兴趣和积极性,帮助学生在学习语言知识的同时,运用所学解决实际生活中的问题。
