上海异地退休回沪补贴标准
上海市政府按照《上海市异地退休人员回沪补贴办法》，对异地退休人员回沪定居的，给予补贴。

一、补贴标准
1、定居上海市的异地退休人员，按照每人每月1000元的标准，给予补贴；
2、定居上海市的异地退休人员的配偶，按照每人每月500元的标准，给予补贴；
3、定居上海市的异地退休人员的未成年子女，按照每人每月300元的标准，给予补贴；
4、定居上海市的异地退休人员的老人（指退休人员的父母、配偶的父母），按照每人每月500元的标准，给予补贴。

二、补贴申请条件
1、申请人须符合《上海市异地退休人员回沪补贴办法》的规定；
2、申请人须在上海市居住满1年以上；
3、申请人须提供有效的退休证明、身份证、居住证明及相关资料；
4、申请人须在上海市缴纳个人所得税；
5、申请人须按期缴纳社会保险费。

三、补贴发放办法
1、申请人须向上海市人力资源和社会保障局提出申请；
2、上海市人力资源和社会保障局按照有关规定，审核确认后，给予补贴；
3、补贴款项按月发放，由上海市人力资源和社会保障局财政支付；
4、补贴款项由上海市人力资源和社会保障局财政支付，由上海市社会保险局发放。

In accordance with the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Subsidies for the Return of Retirees from Other Places to Shanghai, subsidies are given to retirees from other places who settle in Shanghai.
I. Subsidy Standards
1. Each retiree from other places who settles in Shanghai shall be given a monthly subsidy of RMB 1,000;
2. Each spouse of a retiree from other places who settles in Shanghai shall be given a monthly subsidy of RMB 500;
3. Each minor child of a retiree from other places who settles in Shanghai shall
be given a monthly subsidy of RMB 300;
4. Each elderly person (i.e. parents of the retiree or parents of the spouse) of a retiree from other places who settles in Shanghai shall be given a monthly subsidy of RMB 500.
II. Application Conditions
1. The applicant shall meet the requirements of the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Subsidies for the Return of Retirees from Other Places to Shanghai;
2. The applicant shall have resided in Shanghai for over one year;
3. The applicant shall provide valid retirement certificate, ID, residence permit and other relevant documents;
4. The applicant shall pay individual income tax in Shanghai;
5. The applicant shall pay social insurance premiums on time.
III. Payment Method
1. The applicant shall apply to the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
2. After examination and confirmation by the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the relevant regulations, the subsidy shall be given;
3. The subsidy shall be paid on a monthly basis by the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
4. The subsidy shall be paid by the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and distributed by the Shanghai Social Security Bureau.。
