摘要：The present inventors have developed methods that enable the construction of cDNA libraries with extremely high fullness ratio from a very small amount of starting as compared with conventional methods by optimizing reaction conditions in the steps of the alkaline phosphatase reaction, acid pyrophosphatase reaction, and RNA ligase reaction of conventional oligo-capping methods.
