主播薪酬管理制度
为了提高主播人员的工作积极性,规范和加强管理,优化薪资结构,公司现将主播薪资制度调整如下。
目的
为不断完善直播主播的薪酬管理制度,稳定和激励员工,调动和激发其工作积极性和主动性,提高工作质量和工作效率,特制定本制度。
适用范围
本制度适用于全职及兼职主播人员。
基本原则
1.根据公司所处发展阶段及实际情况,采用保障性薪酬策略,提高员工的稳定性。
2.加强薪资的激励性,合理设置薪酬结构,使员工的总收
入与其工作业绩适度挂钩。
职位等级与薪点设置
1.根据部门职位配置情况,对主播划分为五个等级,详见
下表:

2.根据主播的颜值、经验、专业程度综合评定,兼职主播
等级划分如下:

3.特约嘉宾的薪酬为室内直播:600-800元/场;户外直播:1500-2000元/场。
