长山水道船舶定线制

长山水道船舶定线制由分道通航制和警戒区组成。
1 分道通航制
1.1 边界线
1.1.1分道通航制北边界线为下列地理位置连线:
38°00′.700N 120°58′.600E
38°00′.700N 120°52′.200E
38°03′.867N 120°34′.000E
38°05′.600N 120°30′.833E
1.1.2分道通航制南边界线为下列地理位置连线:
37°56′.200N 120°58′.200E
37°58′.267N 120°51′.700E
38°00′.333N 120°40′.000E
38°00′.300N 120°26′920E
1.2分隔带
分隔带为以下列地理位置连线为中心线,宽度为0.2海里,长度为23.5海里的水域:
38°03′.417N 120°29′.300E
37°58′.450N 120°58′.400E
1.3通航分道
西行船舶通航分道为分隔带与定线制北边界线之间的水域,西部宽度为2.5海里,东部宽度为2.3海里;中间最窄宽度为1海里,长度为14.7海里;船舶主交通流向为282°(真方向)。
东行船舶通航分道为分隔带与定线制南边界线之间的水域,东部宽度为2.2海里,西部宽度为3.7海里;最窄宽度为1海里,长度为9.8海里;船舶主交通流向为102°(真方向)。
2 警戒区
2.1 东部警戒区:以地理位置37°58′.250N 121°02′.500E 为中心,半径4海里圆弧内的水域。
2.2 西部警戒区:以地理位置38°05′.000N 120°24′.600E 为中心,半径5海里圆弧内的水域。
3 特别规定
3.1使用长山水道船舶定线制水域的船舶应守听VHF08、VHF16频道。
3.2 警戒区、通航分道及其端部的附近水域禁止船舶锚泊、捕捞和养殖;船舶在本定线制水域内从事其他作业,须经主管机关批准。
3.3使用本定线制水域航行的船舶,不免除其履行《1972年国际海上避碰规则》所规定的各项责任和义务。
3.4对不遵守本定线制的船舶,主管机关依据有关法律法规进行处罚。
3.5本定线制自2009年1月1日起施行,1998年7月1日施行的《长山水道交通管理规定(试行)》同时废止。
The Ship’s Routing System
in Changshan Channel

The ship’s routing system in Changshan Channel consists of the traffic separation scheme and the precautionary areas.
1. The Traffic Separation scheme
1.1 The Limit of the Traffic Separation Scheme
1.1.1 The north limit of the traffic separation scheme is the line connecting the following geographical positions:
38°00′.700N 120°58′.600E
38°00′.700N 120°52′.200E
38°03′.867N 120°34′.000E
38°05′.600N 120°30′.833E
1.1.2 The south limit of the traffic separation scheme is the line connecting the following geographical positions:
37°56′.200N 120°58′.200E
37°58′.267N 120°51′.700E
38°00′.333N 120°40′.000E
38°00′.300N 120°26′920E
1.2 The Separation Zone
The separation zone, 0.2 nautical miles in width and 23.5 nautical miles in length, is centered upon the line connecting the following geographical positions:
38°03′.417N 120°29′.300E
37°58′.450N 120°58′.400E
1.3 The Traffic Lanes
The traffic lane for westbound traffic is between the separation zone and the north limit of the traffic separation scheme. The width of west section of this lane is 2.5 nautical miles; the width of east section is 2.3 nautical miles; and the narrowest width at middle section, 14.7 nautical miles in length, is 1 nautical mile. And its main traffic direction is 282°(True course).
The traffic lane for eastbound traffic is established between the separation zone and the south limit of the traffic separation scheme. The width of west section of this lane is 3.7 nautical miles; the width of east section is 2.2 nautical miles; and the narrowest width at middle section, 9.8 nautical miles in length, is 1 nautical mile. and its main traffic direction is 102°(True course).
2. The Precautionary Areas
2.1 The east precautionary area is the area with the geographical position 37°58′.250N, 121°02′.500E as the center and 4 nautical miles as the radius.
2.2 The west precautionary area is the area with the geographical position 38°05′.000N, 120°24′.600E as the center and 5 nautical miles as the radius.
3. Special Provisions
3.1 Ships that navigate in the system shall keep listening watch on VHF CH 08 and VHF CH 16.
3.2 Anchoring, aquatics cultivating and fishing are prohibited for all ships in traffic lanes, precautionary areas and areas near its terminations. Other operations of ships shall be performed with permission of the competent authority in the water of the ship’s routing system.
3.3 Nothing in these rules of this ship’s routing system shall exonerate any ship from performing in accordance with the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972.
3.4 Any ship violating rules of the system would be punished by the competent authority in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 3.5 This ship’s routing system shall come into force on 1st January 2009. the Regulations Governing Traffic Control of Changshan Channel (Tentative).which came into force on 1st July 1998, shall be repealed at the same day.。
