1 show the students some objects and pictures, such as a mooncake,

Step2 presentation
1.show the pictures of Halloween, Mid-Autumn Festival, New Year's Day, Christmas, Dragon Boat Festival and Thanksgiving Day, let the student tell the name of these festivals.
2.divide students in groups of four, discuss how to celebrate them , at the same time, teach the new words.
3show the description of these festivals at the same time, let the students use the name of these festivals to complete the sentences. 4let the students look at the six pictures and discuss:
Which is your favourite festival?
Why do you like it?

Four students as a group, try to retell the text one part after another inside the small group, and then ask some Ss to retell in front of the class. Step 3・ Presentation
Present the text with the blanks on the screen, and ask Ss to fill in the blanks.
Step 4. Exercises
1・ Books open, ask Ss to look at the pictures and guess the words without seeing the pictures above, and then check their answers・

Step 2 Reading
Millie wants to make a poster showing Halloween. First, she made a writing plan. Please open the book and turn to page 66.Look at her writing plan and finish these T&F questions, and correct them.

Divide the students into groups of four, each student read one poster, then other students guess the writer and name of the festival.
