ACN-PCN介绍.

附录一ACN与PCNACN-飞机等级号, 是 Aircraft Classification Number 的缩写,PCN-道面等级号, 是 Pavement Classification Number 的缩写。

在国际民航组织公约附件14“Aerodromes”1990年6月第一版引入的 ACN/PCN 系统提供了一个标准的、国际性的飞机/道面等级系统(Rating System), 用于取代世界上使用的 S、T、TT、LCN、AUW、ISWL 等各种等级系统。

ACN/PCN 系统对硬道面使用PCA(波特兰水泥协会)的PDILB程序计算ACN, 对软道面使用 S-77-1 计算ACN。

ICAO 推荐采用 ACN 与 PCN 评价道面等级、确定道面限制的飞机起降重量。

一 PCNPCN反映了道面的承载能力, PCN越大道面承载能力越强、允许起落越重的飞机。

跑道一般分为水泥跑道和沥青跑道(不考虑砂石跑道等非铺筑跑道), 跑道的剖面结构示意图如下:水泥(混凝土)跑道沥青跑道一条跑道的PCN, 一般来说是固定的, 但是如果道面强度受冰冻等条件影响而有季节性变化的话, 则可以在不同季节有不同的PCN值(冰冻影响土基强度)。

跑道的PCN由修建部门提供, 可以在机场细则中查到, 表示方法如下: PCN 90/R/B/X/T 、 PCN 38/F/A/X/U、......附表一给出了国内一些机场各跑道的PCN值。

PCN后面的数字代表了该跑道的等级号, 它与道面厚度、道面材料(水泥铺筑面还是沥青道面)有关。

在数字后面跟有4个字母:第一个字母可以是R或是F, R(RIGID)-代表刚性道面(硬道面)即水泥铺筑面,F(FLEXIBLE)-代表柔性道面(又称软道面)即沥青铺筑面。

第二个字母可以是A、B、C、D之一, 反映了道基的强度的大小。

A -地下土质高强度B -地下土质中等强度C -地下土质低强度D -地下土质特低强度至于如何衡量地下土质(即道基)的强度详见后述。

General
The X-ray thickness gage is used to measure the thickness of a strip continuously without contacting that strip. This gage uses the fact that the amount of radiation that passes through the strip varies with the thickness of that strip. The TOSGAGE-7525 is a high quality thickness gage for cold rolling achieving outstanding safety, operability, accuracy and cost-performance developed over many years. It has the following features. • Noise immunity is improved by digitizing the signals between the measuring head and the equipment cabinet.

• The operation-PC uses Windows® NT, and is a user-friendly PC. • A newly-developed X-ray generator is used, providing extremely accurate measurement results with a quick response time. The TOSGAGE-7525 focuses X-ray beams finely in the strip width direction to improve thickness resolution in the strip width direction, and making it suited to measuring the shape of the section of measured materials. The TOSGAGE-7525 can also be used as a AGC backup for when the fixed thickness gage (TOSGAGE-7521/7522) has failed.

附录一ACN与PCNACN-飞机等级号, 是 Aircraft Classification Number 的缩写,PCN-道面等级号, 是 Pavement Classification Number 的缩写。

在国际民航组织公约附件14“Aerodromes”1990年6月第一版引入的 ACN/PCN 系统提供了一个标准的、国际性的飞机/道面等级系统(Rating System), 用于取代世界上使用的 S、T、TT、LCN、AUW、ISWL 等各种等级系统。

ACN/PCN 系统对硬道面使用PCA(波特兰水泥协会)的PDILB程序计算ACN, 对软道面使用 S-77-1 计算ACN。

ICAO 推荐采用 ACN 与 PCN 评价道面等级、确定道面限制的飞机起降重量。

一 PCNPCN反映了道面的承载能力, PCN越大道面承载能力越强、允许起落越重的飞机。

跑道一般分为水泥跑道和沥青跑道(不考虑砂石跑道等非铺筑跑道), 跑道的剖面结构示意图如下:水泥(混凝土)跑道沥青跑道一条跑道的PCN, 一般来说是固定的, 但是如果道面强度受冰冻等条件影响而有季节性变化的话, 则可以在不同季节有不同的PCN值(冰冻影响土基强度)。

跑道的PCN由修建部门提供, 可以在机场细则中查到, 表示方法如下: PCN 90/R/B/X/T 、 PCN 38/F/A/X/U、......附表一给出了国内一些机场各跑道的PCN值。

PCN后面的数字代表了该跑道的等级号, 它与道面厚度、道面材料(水泥铺筑面还是沥青道面)有关。

在数字后面跟有4个字母:第一个字母可以是R或是F, R(RIGID)-代表刚性道面(硬道面)即水泥铺筑面,F(FLEXIBLE)-代表柔性道面(又称软道面)即沥青铺筑面。

第二个字母可以是A、B、C、D之一, 反映了道基的强度的大小。

A -地下土质高强度B -地下土质中等强度C -地下土质低强度D -地下土质特低强度至于如何衡量地下土质(即道基)的强度详见后述。

GENERAL INFORMATION
The terms “Medium Voltage”and “high voltage”have been used interchangeably by many people to describe fuses operating above 600 volts.T echnically speaking, “medium voltage”fuses are those intended for the voltage range from 2,400 to 38,000 VAC.“High voltage fuses are for circuits carrying voltages greater than 38,000 VAC.
“E”Rated fuses are considered to be general purpose fuses and can be used to protect against low and high values of fault current.“R”rated fuses are designed for back-up pro-tection.They must be used in series with other devices, such as motor overload relays, in order to achieve both overload and short circuit protection.
Medium voltage fuses are not intended to provide overload protection in the same sense as fuses rated 600 volts or less.Medium voltage fuse current ratings do not have the same meanings as the ampere ratings of low voltage fuses.All medium voltage fuses are limited in their ability to inter-rupt low value overcurrents, especially those between 100%and 200% of the fuse’s continuous current rating.They are designed to carry their rated current without exceeding the temperature rise permitted by NEMA and ANSI standards.Additional application data can be found in the Fuse Application section of the POWR-GARD Products catalog (PF101).
Current limiting “E”and “R”rated fuses are equipped with a mechanical indicator or striker pin that protrudes through the fuse cap upon operation of the fuse.This provides visual identification of a blown fuse and can be used as a trigger for external devices.
