1 目的Purpose
为了明确装置的工艺管道内部清洁工作的具体落实，特制定本程序。

This procedure is specially prepared for defining the fulfillment of process pipe internal cleaning.
2 适用范围Applicable
本程序使用于HDPE/PP装置内管段在预制、运输、堆放和安装过程中清洁工作。

It is applicable to the cleaning work for pipe spools in HDPE/PP plant during prefabrication, handling, storing and installation.
3 定义Definition
清洁: 管道内部没有外来物，包括砂子、泥土、灰尘、垫片、塑料封盖、焊条、铁块、铁屑、熔渣、工具、手套等影响系统操作和运行的杂物，
Cleaning: There shall be no foreign materials inside pipes, including sands, clay, dust, gaskets, plastic covers, electrodes, iron blocks, iron scraps, slags, tools, gloves, etc. which will impact the operation and running of system.

5 职责Responsibilities
现场工程师: 负责指导其负责区块的工艺管线的清洁工作指导、检查。

Site engineer: be responsible for instruction and inspection of process pipe cleaning within his area.
吊装队: 负责材料的装卸、运输和堆放过程中的材料清洁以及清洁措施的保持。

Lifting team: be responsible for material cleaning and maintenance of cleaning measures during material loading/unloading, handling and storing.
施工队: 负责本区域的管道堆放地点的布置，并安排人员管道检查和吹扫工作。

Construction team: be responsible for the arrangement of pipe storing locations within this area and arranging people for pipe inspection and purging work.
施工班组: 负责管段内部的检查、吹扫、封口和记录工作。

Construction group: be responsible for pipe internal inspection, purging, closure and recording work.
6 管道内部清洁方法Method for pipe internal cleaning
在下列的活动的各个阶段，均应保持管件、管子、预制管段的封盖的存在。

During every stage of the following activities, the covers of pipe fittings, pipes and prefabricated spools shall be always remained.
1)材料释放: 采购部门在材料释放时，认真检查管材内部清洁情况，特别应
当注意小管，并且保证各个管口有牢靠的封盖进行封口。

若发现有异物，应当及时告诉其仓库管理人员对内部进行清洁，抽查合格后方可接受材
料。

Material releasing: the material department shall check the cleaning inside
pipes carefully when releasing materials and more attention shall be paid to small pipes in particular. Moreover, to ensure each pipe orifices are covered firmly. If there are any foreign materials found, the warehouse people shall be informed to clean the internals, and the materials cannot be accepted until spot inspection are qualified.
2)喷砂: 当材料在分包进行打砂时，打砂人员应当保持管口封帽。

假若不小
心将碰掉，或将打砂料喷入管道内，打砂结束后应及时用压缩风吹扫干
净。

否则不能喷漆作业，喷漆作业人员应当拒绝对内部含有沙子和其他
杂物的管子进行喷漆作业。

Sandblasting: the pipe orifices shall be remained covered when the materials
are under sandblasting by Subcontractor. If it is knocked down or the
sandblasting material is sprayed inside pipes by carelessness, it shall be blown by using compress air after sandblasting, otherwise the painting work cannot be done. The painting workers shall refuse to paint the pipes where there are sands or other foreign materials inside.
3)预制: 管段完成后，应当及时检查、倾倒或清扫管段内部，在操作过程中，
注意法兰面的保护，然后对清理完的管段进行封口。

封口材料采用随管道来的管帽进行，如若在数量上不够，应用塑料彩条布或三合木板和胶带纸进行。

Prefabrication: the pipe spools shall be inspected and internal cleaned as soon as they are prefabricated. During the operation, pay attention to the protection of flanged faces and then close the cleaned spools. The closing materials shall use the caps arrived together with pipes, if it is not enough, plastic color-stripped fabric or wooden plates and adhesive tape shall be used.
4)堆放: 在软地基区域进行原材料和预制管段的堆放时，要求垫高至少
100mm，并且设置排水措施。

在具有良好排水功能的硬化地坪上堆放时，不得直接放在地坪上，应采用木板垫高.
Storing: when the original materials and prefabricated spools are to be stored in the area with soft foundation, it shall be padded up 100mm higher at least and drainage system to be set up. When it is harden paving with good drainage system, they cannot be put down directly but padded up by using wooden plates.
5)运输: 在管子和管段吊装作业时，吊装人员应当保持管口封盖完好。

为方
便操作，临时拆下的盖板，材料吊装后封盖的恢复工作由吊装人员进行。

Handling: the pipe orifices shall be well covered during lifting of pipes and pipe spools, and the covers, removed temporarily to facilitate operation, shall be re-covered by lifting people after lifting work.
6)现场吹扫Site purging
当材料运输到现场后，由吊装队将材料放置到施工队或施工班组指定对方位置，并且采取垫加高措施。

施工班组检查验收对放和封口情况，凡不合乎要求者，要求吊装对进行整改。

After the materials are delivered to site, it shall be lifting team to put the materials to the places designated by construction team or group and heightening measures by padding shall be taken. Storing and closure of piping shall be inspected by construction team. For those unacceptable, lifting team shall rectify.
自此，管道材料的保管由各个负责管工施工班组负责检查维护。

Till now, the keeping of piping materials shall be inspected and maintained by every piping construction group.
施工班组管段在管子上架前完成吹扫任务。

管段吹扫一般采用洁净的压缩风进行。

吹扫工作应逐根进行。

吹扫结束及时封闭管段两端，随时记录吹扫和检查位置。

班组每天应当按照规定整理填写当日完成的管段吹扫记录表。

The purging of spools shall be done before pipe installation, and the purging work shall be done piece by piece by using clean compress air. After that, both ends of spools shall be closed in time and the locations of purging and inspection shall be recorded randomly. The construction group shall fill in the spool purging record daily as required.
7)记录: 吹扫记录格式按照总包商确定的管道清洁记录.
Recording: the purging record forms shall be in accordance with the piping cleaning record fixed by Contractor.
8)安装: 对于已经安装上去的管线，管道封口必须保持到管道组对前的坡
口准备阶段。

对于端头敞口的应继续保持牢固封口。

Installation: for those installed pipelines, closure shall be kept to the beveling preparation stage before piping assembling. The ends uncovered shall be
closed firmly again.
9)系统吹扫: 管道的各个系统吹扫在系统完成试压后进行。

吹扫方法和合格
检验标准按照管线水压试验及冲洗程序NH-HDPE+PP-WPR-211.
Purging: the purging work for every system of piping shall be done after pressure test, and the method and testing standard shall be in accordance with Procedure for Hydrostatic Testing and Flushing of Piping NH-HDPE+PP-WPR-211,
7 安全注意事项Safety issues
1) 吹扫区域要采取警示或围栏。

The area to be purged shall be barricaded off and fenced.
2)吹扫工作人员要穿戴好工作保护用品，特别是防护眼镜的正确使用。

PPE shall be well worn by purging workers, especially the safety glasses shall be correctly worn.
3)吹扫时，风口必须选择现场人员稀少的地方，并派人看守警示来往人等。

In the course of purging, the air port shall be chosen at the place where site people are in sparsity, and special people shall be assigned to guard it from passers-by.
4)一般要用三人竟管段吹扫，一人控制阀门、一人掌握气管，另一人负责
警戒。

The purging work for pipe spools shall be conducted by three people normally, one controls the valve, one controls the gas pipe and the other is responsible for guarding.。
