一、现在分词的句法功能
现在分词的形式与动名词相同doing,但功能不同.可在句中充当定语,表语,补语,状语
1. 做定语(前置、后置定语):

状语:现在分词作状语多用来表时间,原因与结果(自然结果),条件,伴随,让步状语等;

非谓语表时间
1). 现在分词作状语的基本原则:
a. 现在分词作状语,其逻辑主语和主句的主语一致,如果是主动关系用doing;(如果是被动关系用done。
)

b。
现在分词短语+连词:有时为使分词短语与主句关系更清楚,可在分词前加连词。
连词有:when, while, if , as though/if,after, before,as表示时间,条件,比较,方式或让步.但分词的主语和主句的主语必须为同一个。

Tip2: 现在分词与动名词作定语的区别:现在分词表示一个正在进行的动作(熟睡的孩子___________________),可以改成相应的定语从句,而动名词表示名词的用途,

Tip3:现在分词与过去分词,不定式作定语的区别
①过去分词做定语与其修饰词之间是逻辑上的被动关系或表示动作已完成。
②现在分词作定语表示动作正在进行,与修饰词是逻辑上的主动关系。
③不定式作定语表示将要发生的动作。

2. 做表语:

状语:现在分词作状语多用来表时间,原因与结果(自然结果),条件,伴随,让步状语等;
