Another important factor in getting a good night"s sleep is the environment in which we sleep.Our bedrooms should be cool, dark, and quiet.We should also avoid using electronic devices in bed, as the blue light they emit can interfere with our ability to fall asleep.
In addition to these lifestyle changes, there are some supplements and herbs that can help improve sleep.For example, melatonin is a hormone that regulates sleep, and taking a melatonin supplement can help adjust your sleep schedule.Valerian root is an herb that has been used for centuries to help people fall asleep.
