Step I Class Opening (1minutes)
1.Greeting
T: Good morning, class! How are you today?
Ss: Good morning, Miss An! Fine, thank you. And you?
T: I’m fine, too.

Step II Review(5 minutes)
The teacher shows some exercises on the PPT.
Students do the exercises and check the answers together.

Free talk:
T: How many clubs are there in our school? What are they?
What kind of clubs do you want to join in?
(The teacher presents the pictures to help students to answer the question.)
T: Why you join the club?
S1: I can practice English to improve my English skills in the English Club.
S2: I can play basketball, make new friends and improve my social skills.
...
The teacher writes down the advantages of the clubs on the blackboard to help the students express the reason why they join the club.
2. Read and fill in the forms
T: There are three clubs want to recruit some new students. Are you interested in them? Which one do you wang to join? Let’s have a look at the poster.
