一、進港/Normal Arrival Procedure
1. 飛機滑進停機位並停好，確認發動機轉速下降到安全轉速，檔好輪檔
2.飛機停靠過位/未滑到停機線/Aircraft Not into Position Procedure
二、正常出港/Normal pushback/Departure Procedure
廊橋和勤務車輛撤離，繞飛機檢查，確保所有艙門/蓋板已經關好，等待推出，防撞燈亮起後，掛上拖把，插上耳機與機組聯繫，準備推飛機。

1.推飛機/Push back Procedure
2. 推飛機到位後啟動發動機/Engines Start after pushback Procedure
3. 推飛機過程中啟動發動機/Engines Start during Pushback Procedure
4.飛機直接滑出/direct taxi-out Procedure
5. 用地面氣源車啟動發動機/For using air start unit Procedure 防撞燈亮起，氣源車接上，供氣正常，聯繫機組
6. 人工超控啟動發動機/Manual Start Engine Procedure
三、緊急情況/Unusual Conditions/Emergency
1. 排氣管噴火/Tailpipe Fire
Ground: Cockpit alert, Tailpipe fire, Engine No.1.
Cockpit: Roger.
2. 發動機著火/Engine Fire
Ground: Cockpit alert, Engine No.2 on fire. Shut down the engine immediately.
Cockpit: Roger.
3. 外來物被吸進發動機或危險情況/Foreign Object Damage （FOD）or Hazard
Ground: Cockpit alert. Shut down Engine No.1.
Cockpit: Roger. Engine No.1 shutting down.
Ground: FOD in Engine No.1, standby.
Cockpit: Standing by.
4. 推飛機過程中，拖把剪切銷斷裂/Tow bar shear pin failure
Ground: Cockpit alert. Set parking brake.
Cockpit: Roger. Parking brake set.
Ground: T ow bar shear pin failed, standby for replacement tow bar.
Cockpit: Standing by.
5. 啟動過程中風扇不轉動/N1 NOT rotate
Ground: Engine No.2 N1 NOT rotate
Cockpit: Roger.
6. 啟動懸掛/Hung Start
Cockpit: Engine No.2 hung start. Shutting down Engine No.2.
Ground: Roger.
7. 發動機過熱/Engine Overheat
Cockpit: Engine No.2 overheat, Shutting down Engine No.2.
Ground: Roger.
8. 啟動時不點火或N2不轉動/N2 NOT Rotate
Cockpit: Engine No.1 N2 NOT rotate. Shutting down Engine No.1.
Ground: Roger.
9. 啟動時發動機喘振（失速）/ Engine Surge (Stall)
Cockpit: Engine No.1 Surge/Stall. Shutting down Engine No.1.
Ground: Roger.
10. 暖開機/Hot Start
Cockpit: Engine No.1 hot start. Shutting down Engine No.1.
Ground: Roger.
11. 拖車故障，緊急刹車/Tractor inoperative
Cockpit: Set brake immediately, and tractor inoperative.
Ground: Roger.

五、故障報告
1. 1發推油門時反應慢
Engine No.1 slow response to thrust lever increase.
2. 2發震動值高達4個單位
Engine No.2 vibration high, 4 units.
3. 1發遭鳥擊，參數不正常，關車。

Engine No.1 had bird strike. Engine parameters abnormal. Engine was shut down.
4. 1發滑油消耗量大。

Engine No.1 oil consumption is high.
5. 1發空中停車，發動機滑油壓力小於5 psi。

Engine No.1 was shutdown in flight. Engine oil pressure was less than 5 PSI.
6. 2發反推不工作，反推手柄內鎖不能鬆開。

Engine No.2 failed to go into reverse. Reverse lever interlock failed to release.
7. 1發使用左點火系統啟動失敗，右點火系統正常。

Engine No.1 failed to start using Left ignition system, right system is OK. 8. 2發在使用反推時喘振，因EGT超限關車。

Engine No.2 surged during reverse operation. Engine shutdown because EGT limits exceeded.
9. 2發空中熄火，重新啟動後工作正常。

Engine No.2 flameout in flight, engine was restarted and operated normally.
10. 1發啟動電門不能自動脫開。

Engine No.1 start switch failed to disengage automatically.
11. 1發火警警告，空中關車，左滅火瓶已釋放，故障燈亮
Engine No.1 fire warning. Engine shut down in flight. Left fire bottle was discharged. Fault light was illuminated.
12. 1發火警測試時主火警和火警鈴不工作。

Master fire warning lights and bell inept during Engine No.1 fire test.
13. 1發引氣超溫燈亮。

Engine No.1 bleed air overheat light illuminated.
14. 自動駕駛A銜接電門不能銜接。

A/P A engage switch failed to engage
15. 自動駕駛儀A的垂直速度方式不能正確控制飛行。

A/P vertical speed mode failed to control aircraft properly with A/P A
16. 自動駕駛儀B的紅色警告燈常亮
A/P B warning light illuminated steady red.
17. 自動油門不能用油門杆電門切斷。

A/T will not disconnect with thrust lever switches.
18. 2號高頻無線電收發機在所有狀態下都不工作。

No.2 HF radio transceiver inept using all mode.
19. 使用機長及副駕駛的配平電門時，安定面不移動。

Stabilizer failed to move using the captain’s and the F/O’s trim switch. 20. 機長無線電高度表指針卡組。

Captain’s radio altimeter pointer sticks.
21. 1號慣導的距離和時間不準確。

No.1 INS distance & time are not accurate.
22. 右翼尖遭雷擊
Lightning strike occurred on right wing tip
23. ADF 2 不能正確指示電臺
ADF 2 pointer does not indicate station properly. (Automatic Direction Finder)
六、維護人員常用英語
1. 詢問航班達到時間
A：請告訴我HU7182航班預計到達時間？
Could you please tell me the ETA of flight HU7182.
B：當地時間16:30
Sixteen thirty local time.
B：航班因天氣/機械故障原因延誤了
The flight is delayed due to the weather / mechanical fault
2. 後面有飛機滑行，何時推飛機，請聽口令
There is a aircraft on your way, please wait for departure.
3. 地面有雜物，需要清除，何時推飛機，請聽口令
Ground need cleaned, please wait for departure.
4. 飛機需要加液壓油/滑油
The aircraft needs refilled with hydraulic fluid/oil.
5. 請給1號發動機加2夸脫滑油，2號發動機加3夸脫滑油
Please replenish two quarts for Engine No.1, three quarts for Engine No.2.
6. 請給我們安排一輛加水車/放汙車/空調車/除冰車/工作梯
Please arrange a water servicing unit / a toilet servicing unit / an air conditioning unit / a deicing unit / a ladder for us.
7. 請打開發動機包皮檢查滲漏/過熱/導線/插頭
Please open the engine cowling and check for leakage / overheat / wires / electrical connectors.
8. 發動機吊架和整流罩無液壓油滲漏和損傷
No damage and fluid leakage from engine pylon and cowling doors.
9. 請檢查刹車的磨損情況
Please check for brake assembly wear.
10. 請叫一輛拖車來
Please call a tractor
11. 請掛上/摘下拖把
Please connect/disconnect the tow bar.
12. 請示意拖車司機拖/推飛機
Please signal tractor driver to commence towing/pushback.
13. 1號發動機N1開始轉動
Engine No.1 N1 begins to rotate.
14. 地面，1號發動機要進行冷轉
Ground, Engine No.1 need a cold start
