The First Period
Teaching goals
1. Target language：

Enable the students to decide what they should put in a culture capsule, which is a large box (2 X
2 meters). And it will be sent into space so that anyone who finds it will understand who they are.

Help the Ss make a decision according to the conditions mentioned in the passage.

Make Ss learn how to use the structures of giving advice and making suggestions.
