摘要
太湖流域是著名的江南水乡,该流域的水资源问题日趋突出,表现在:水资源开发和利用的程度增高,水资源保护的工作难度加大,水污染治理的步伐不及时,水体污染比较严重,水资源的管理不协调等等。由于环境的退化,生物多样性和生态稳定性下降,水生植物受到一定程度的破坏,水体的自净能力逐渐减弱,加之部分河道被盲目侵占,其中堵塞也相当严重。太湖流域的水质主要的超标项目为氨氮、总磷、生化需氧量和高锰酸盐指数。
UCT process is a new sewage treatment process, in the nitrogen and phosphorus has a unique effect. Therefore, the study process design techniques can improve the effect of urban wastewater nitrogen and phosphorus provide an important theoretical basis. The result shows that the process has both a high COD、BOD、SS removal efficiency, but also removed when the other process in nitrogen and phosphorus removal problem.This design is focused on municipal sewage emission in Taihu Lake Basin, according toClass-I(A)criteria inDischarge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-20XX), selects UCT process to design a sewage treatment plant. The process mainly concludes pretreatment ,biological treatment and sludge treatment. Pretreatment includes grid ,sand trap and primary setting tank. The biological treatment consists of UCT biochemical pool (anaerobic tank, anoxic and aerobic tank). Sludge treatment includes Sludge thickening and sludge dewatering

Abstract
Taihu Lake is a famous Yangtze River Delta, water resources are being increasing prominent. the extent of water resources development and utilization of increased water conservation work more difficult, the pace is not timely water pollution, water pollution is more serious , water management uncoordinated and so on. Due to environmental degradation, biodiversity and ecological stabilityee of damage aquatic plants, water self-purification capacity gradually weakened, plus part of the river is blind occupation, which is also very serious blockage.Water quality of Taihu Lake Basin major projects exceeding ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, BOD and permanganate index.
UCT工艺是近几年才新起的污水处理工艺,在脱氮除磷方面有着独特的效果。因此,研究UCT工艺的设计技术能够为改善城市废水的脱氮除磷效果提供重要的理论基础。国内外的研究实践表明,该工艺不仅具有较高的COD、BOD、SS去除率,而且在一定程度上解决了其它工艺在脱氮除磷方面面临的问题。本设计针对太湖流域某城镇排放污水,依照城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-20XX)的一级A标准,选择UCT处理工艺,设计污水处理厂。该流程主要包括预处理、生物处理、污泥处理三部分。预处理包括格栅、沉砂池和初沉池;生物处理部分由UCT生化池(厌氧池、缺氧池和好氧池)组成;污泥处理包括污泥的浓缩和脱水。

在我国,氮磷的污染来自于工业污染、农业污染、畜禽的污染以及生活污染。这些途径使得氮磷的释放使得我国的氮磷污染越来越严重。本设计针对太湖流域污水处理厂的设计,主要分析水体中的氮磷污染。
