• It is vital that you build a collaborative relationship with your colleagues. • Never resort to criticizing another teacher in front of students,even if you don't agree with what has been done.
• My early years of teaching

• It was extremly important for students to perform laboratory exercises.
• Before the experiment
• After the exto analyze the data collected and answer the original question based on their analysis of the data. • Over the years students often found experiment in lab manuals and improved on them.

• A second pratice that I feel is very important is that students should know what is expected of them.
• Class time consisted of short time(20-30 minutes)
