It has been determined that the product(s) you wish to purchase requires us to submit for an export license before we can ship the product(s) to you.
To receive a license from can take from 4-12 weeks to complete, sometimes longer! The amount of time it will take depends on the complete, thorough, and accurate information we are requesting you to provide in the End User Certification attached.
There are 6 sections to the End User Certification. Three of them require information to be provided by you:

institution that w ill have ultimate possession and use of the position/displacement
sensor(s).
2) I (We) confirm the intended application and end use will be:
In this section describe w hat the sensor w ill be used for, be as thorough and
complete as possible. Include the objective of making the measurement, w hat
type of machine or apparatus it w ill be installed in, and w hy it is important to make
the measurement.
If it is a laboratory test application include w hy the testing is being done and how
the information collected w ill be used.
Be as detailed as possible. Our experience has show n that lack of detail in this
section is the number one reason for a license application to be rejected or denied.
Every time w e have to come back to the customer for more detail in this section
just adds more time to process the license.
6) I (We) acknowledge that the subject product(s) will not be re-exported to other
countries or transferred to other organizations:
In this section list your company name and complete physical address.
