摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling antireflective laminate having excellent antifouling properties and excellent spreadability and adhesive properties while holding a low reflectivity and a method for manufacturing the
antifouling antireflective laminate for simply manufacturing it of a low cost. SOLUTION: In the antifouling antireflective laminate 1 comprising an antireflective film 20 made of a
single layer or multilayer inorganic substance provided on a surface of a transparent base material 10, and a silicon oxide layer 30 as an outermost layer provided on the film 20, a composition of the layer 30 is a compound containing at least one or more types of elements of carbon, hydrogen, silicon and oxygen in such a manner that a content of the compound is reduced toward a direction from a surface. The method for manufacturing the antifouling antireflective laminate comprises the step of forming the layer 30 of the outermost layer of the laminate by a CVD method.
