其次,在做PPT的时候一般来说一定要简洁,千万不要放大段文字,用关键词(Key Words/Bullet Point)来概括你要说的点。
大家上课的时候肯定也有这种感受,讲得好的老师PPT上基本上不会出现长段的文字,你的注意力也是集中在老师的身上,而非PPT;而有的老师则会整段整段读PPT,就非常枯燥了。
背景上也尽量以单一色调为主,但是这也不绝对。
比如委员前段时间做了一个有关乐高玩具的展示,背景就会活泼一点,选了他们的玩具图作为背景。
