3.1 添加连接电梯控制器

点确定,设备管理界面内会出现你所添加的控制器名称以及其他参数说明,然后 点读取信息,若弹出窗口显示控制器基本信息,说明控制器连通,若出现如下提 示,说明控制器连接不正常,请检查 485 接线以及机器序列号、端口号的设置。

图 2.5 控制器与电梯楼层选择按钮的连接示意图 为了完成电梯楼层控制的功能,需要把电梯控制面板各个楼层选择按钮 NB-T16 各个端口连接起来,如图 2.6 所示。每一个选择按钮连接到 NB-T16 的 一个输出端口,一条线接到端口的公共端(COM),一条线接到常开端(NO)。 控制层数少于 16 层的,只要接上一个控制板即可;若控制层数大于 16 层,则需 要外扩控制板,控制端接法相同,读头只要接到主板的读头接线端即可。
NB-T16 只能外接 Wiegand26 协议读卡器,有效卡号取低三位字节后八位卡号。
2.4 RS485 的连接
控制器与服务器的通讯方式为 RS485。RS485 为差分信号,半双工通信,具 有 485+和 485-两条数据线,在实际通讯中需要使用两芯屏蔽双绞线,且线径至 少为 0.5mm2 以保障系统可靠通信。接 485 线时还应该注意的就是 485+端和 485端不能接反,若接反,控制板上 485TX 灯会常亮,机器无法通信。请仔细检查 接线,及时调整。
