档案整理分类方案范本为加强本公司档案管理,实现档案分类、整理、编目、检索的标准化和规范化,便于档案信息资源的开发利用,更好地为领导决策和各项工作服务,根据国家档案管理的有关规定,结合本公司档案整理实际情况,特制定本方案。

第一条本方案规定了档案分类的原则和方法、档号标识及归档范围和保管期限。

第二条档案分类原则是以公司所有在工作活动中形成的各种门类和载体的全部档案为对象,依据工作职能、结合档案内容和载体形式特点,进行科学分类。

本方案适用于本办公室档案实体的分类、整理和排架管理。

第三条本方案共设置___个一级类目,并以两位___伯数字作为一级类目代号。

1、公司文件(代号:01)2、办证管理(代号:02)3、合同管理(代号:03)4、基本建设(代号:04)5、检验报告(代号:05)6、行政管理(代号:06)7、人事档案(代号:07)8、体系文件(代号:08)9、声像实物档案(代号:09)第四条二级类目的设置方法如下:1、公司文件、办证管理、合同管理类的二级类目,按职能部门设置;2、基本建设类的二级类目,按厂区或基建项目设置;3、检验报告类的二级类目,按产品种类或型号设置;4、行政管理类的二级类目,按类别、部门/厂区、财务报告、其他设置;5、人事档案类的二级类目,按部门/人名设置;6、体系文件类二级类目按厂区、类别和年限设置;7、声像档案类的二级类目,按照片、底片、录音带/录像带、光盘/磁盘等载体特征设置,照片类的三级类目按领导类、荣誉类、业务活动类、文体活动类设置;实物档案类的二级类目,按荣誉品、纪念品、其他设置;8、专业档案类的二级类目根据实际情况进行设置。

第五条归档文件___本部门在其职能活动中形成的、办理完毕、应作为文书档案保存的文件材料,包括纸质和电子文件材料。

2.整理。

将归档文件以件为单位进行组件、分类、排列、编号、编目等(纸质归档文件还包括修整、装订、编页、装盒、排架;电子文件还包括格式转换、元数据收集、归档数据包___、存储等),使之有序化的过程。

This will facilitate re-placement in the event of loss.__________________________________________________–Open the cover flap -15-.–Connect the torque wrench -14- to the tensioning bolt -13-and unscrew until obvious resistance is felt.Installation instructions - Audi A4 Saloon (8K) 2008 ▶Edition 08.20114 Installing/removing roof bars on vehicle7–Swivel out the claw fasteners -12- and hook the narrow end of the claw fasteners in the installation position on the base brackets -7-.–Open the vehicle doors.–Carefully position both roof bars on the vehicle roof in the area of the mounting holes -X-. The claw fasteners -12- must be in the installation position when positioning the roof bars.Observe the labels -22- on the underside of the profile tubes when positioning the roof bars.NoteThe labels must be on the left-hand side of the vehicle and the printed arrow must point in the direction of travel.–Unhook the claw fastener -12- from the installation positionon the base bracket -7- by pulling upward, then swivel down.Installation instructions - Audi A4 Saloon (8K) 2008 ▶Edition 08.201184 Installing/removing roof bars on vehicle–Check the exact installation position of each roof bar:●The positioning bolt -Z- of the claw fastener -12- must bepositioned precisely below the decorative roof trim mounting hole -X-.–Move the roof bar front or back if necessary.CautionThe positioning bolt -Z- of the claw fastener -12- must be positioned precisely under the mounting hole -X-.–Carefully slide the claw fastener -12- upwards so that the po-sitioning bolt -Z- is inserted into the mounting hole -X-; hold the claw fastener -12- in this position -arrow-.CautionIf the claw fastener -12- will not easily slide upwards, check the position of the roof bar and correct it.–Align the roof bar laterally — make sure it sits correctly on the roof edge -arrow-.The gap -a- must not exceed 1 mm.If the roof supports -11- on the plastic base support are not flush to the surface, we recommend that you have the width adjust-ment checked by a qualified workshop ⇒ …Setting the roof bar width“ on page 12. Remove the roof bars before doing so.–Gently tighten the tensioning bolts -13- alternately using the torque wrench -14-.–Check the position of the base bracket -7- and claw fastener -12- and correct if necessary.–Tighten one tensioning bolt -13- after another using the tor-que wrench -14- until the torque wrench -14- makes an audi-ble clicking sound. This indicates that the correct tightening torque has been applied.–Close the cover flap -15-.–Close the lock -16- using the key -17-.–Fit the second roof bar following the same procedure.4.2Installing add-on components–Secure the add-on components in accordance with the rele-vant installation instructions.–To install the add-on components, remove the profile cap -1-from the profile tube -5- -arrow A-.–Insert the add-on component into the T groove -arrow B- and secure in accordance with the relevant installation instruc-tions for the add-on component.–Slide the profile cap -1- back on -arrow C-.When the add-on components are not in use, secure the Tgroove with the profile cover -4-.–Adjust the profile cover -4- to the length of the profile tubes with the profile caps -1- closed.–Place the profile cover -4- on the T groove on the profile tube -5- and press the cover into the T groove -arrow-.Note◆When driving with a roof load, ensure that the German RoadTraffic Regulations (StVZO) or any country-specific regula-tions are observed.◆For reasons of convenience, it is common for the roof barswith/without add-on components to remain on the vehicle, even if they are not in use. As a result of the increased wind resistance, your vehicle will consume more fuel and will pro-duce additional noise.◆We therefore recommend that you remove the roof bars af-ter use.◆Increased wind noise can result from driving with the roofbars attached.◆If required, the profile cover provided can be replaced withan improved aeroacoustic version (grooved rubber) for mini-mising noise (order number 4L0.071.633.A).4.3Removing the roof bars from the vehi-cle–Remove the load and the add-on components.–Open the lock -16- using the key -17- and open the cover flap -15-.–Open the vehicle doors.–Unscrew the left and right tensioning bolts -13- alternately using the torque wrench -14- until obvious resistance is felt.–Slide the left and right claw fasteners -12- downward to the stop.
