(一)有关房子本身的1)别墅：Single Family House, Single House,或者就是用house,这里的house就是指独立的房子。
一般不太用villa这个词。
2)联体别墅/城市别墅：townhouse，几乎不用cityhouse。
3)商品房/单元房/公寓：condominium或者就用apartment，简称APT。
4高层住宅：high rising，比如high rising apartment。
5楼层：floor，或者story，比如第二层：second floor。
6房间：bedroom，主卧室：masterbedroom，书房：study room。
