GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The K9F2808X0B is a 16M(16,777,216)x8bit NAND Flash Memory with a spare 512K(524,288)x8bit. The device is offered in 1.8V or 3.3V Vcc. Its NAND cell provides the most cost-effective solution for the solid state mass storage market. A program operation programs the 528-byte page in typical 200µs and an erase operation can be performed in typical 2ms on a 16K-byte block. Data in a page can be read out at 70ns/50ns(K9F2808Q0B:70ns, K9F2808U0B:50ns) cycle time per byte. The I/O pins serve as the ports for address and data input/output as well as command input. The on-chip write control automates all program and erase functions including pulse repetition, where required, and internal verification and margining of data. Even write-intensive systems can take advantage of the K9F2808X0B’ extended reliability of 100K program/erase cycles by providing ECC(Error Correcting Code) with s real time mapping-out algorithm. The K9F2808X0B is suitable for use in data memory of mobile communication system to reduce not only mount area but also power consumption.

There is an increased risk in injury and damage when using the explosion-protected weighing platforms in a potentially explosive atmosphere. Special care must be taken when working in such hazardous areas. ▲Any protective foils present in the hazardous area, e.g. on the load plate, must always be removed. ▲In hazardous areas, the weighing platforms may only be installed, maintained and repaired by authorized METTLER TOLEDO service personnel. ▲No modifications may be made to the weighing platform and no repair work may be performed on the system modules. Any weighing platform or system modules that are used must comply with the specifications contained in the installation instructions. Non-compliant equipment jeopardizes the intrinsic safety of the system, cancels the "Ex" approval and renders any warranty or product liability claims null and void. ▲The safety of the weighing system is only guaranteed when the weighing system is operated, installed and maintained in accordance with the respective instructions. ▲Also comply with the following: –the instructions for the system modules, –the regulations and standards in the respective country, –the statutory requirement for electrical equipment installed in hazardous areas in the respective country, –all instructions related to safety issued by the owner. ▲The explosion-protected weighing system must be checked to ensure compliance with the requirements for safety before being put into service for the first time, following any service work and every3 years, at least. ▲Prevent the build-up of static electricity. The following specifications and dimensional drawings form the basisfor the design of the required assemblies.• The weighing platform may only be supported by the support feet, and never by theframe or lever parts.• The weighing platform may only be permanently installed on the support feet.• Moving or rotating parts on the weighing platform must be designed so that they donot affect the weighing result. 消费类电子设备,尤其是智能手机和移动平板设备的发展,给用户带来思维方式和生活习惯的改变。

相较于传统封闭式车载电子系统,汽车座舱系统也将会被消费类电子带来的变化所影响,如传统座舱的导航、音响娱乐、电话、灯光、空调控制等功能需求变化。

传统车厂及零部件供应商被迫思考从根本上转型,如何改变座舱系统现有的封闭落后状况,顺应行业趋势发展,利用智能汽车载体设计出更符合用户需求和习惯的智能座舱系统,成为行业面临的课题。

2 座舱行业状况汽车座舱的发展有三个清晰的方向,分别是汽车硬件电子化、汽车控制系统集成化和座舱环境舒适化。

为推进这三个方向,座舱硬件、座舱控制系统、座舱驾驶辅助设备的不断涌现,就是智能座舱在今天和未来的发展方向。

汽车“新四化”[1]的快速发展背景下,大量相同功能的ECU重新整合,交由域控制器进行统一管理调度,汽车电子电气架构从分布式迈向当前域集中式,再到未来的中央集中式电气架构,整体呈现快速演进态势。

随着整车E/E架构集中化升级,智能座舱未来会经历四个发展趋势:● 电子座舱:主要在基础技术层面,将汽车EE架构域内整合、系统分层,决定汽车新的软硬件定义方法。

● 智能助理:提升车辆内部感知能力,驾驶员监控系统(DMS)、抬头显示系统(HUD)等。

● 人机共驾:车内与车外感知相结合,车辆支持自主或半自主决策,主动感知需求,向人提供服务。

● 第三生活空间:车辆场景生活化、丰富化(出行规划、主动订餐、自动停泊车/寻车+充电、智能内容推送、影音/游戏娱乐、自动支付等),车内体验线上/下无缝联动的空间体验。

Washing agents may have a negative effect on the long-term functionality of the product.•Using a brush during the cleaning process could break the module. Therefore, we do not recommend using a brush during the PCB cleaning process.Potting and Coating:•If the product is potted in the costumer application, the potting material might shrink or expand during and after hardening. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the component. Expansion could damage the body, pins or termination of the product. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.•Conformal coating may affect the product performance.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Electronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the components to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•If there is a moisture sensitive component, the storage condition in the original packaging is defined according to IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-033.
