SC73P1601 OTP 编程器硬件部分主要包括烧录盒和编程头,配件有+15V/2A 标配直流电 源、DB9 电缆线、IDC40 排线等,连线方便,操作简洁。
3.1 烧录盒 烧录盒是本烧录器的核心部件,它具有烧录数据的中转、烧录时序的控制、烧录结果的显示等

LED驱动控制专用电路TM1628规范文件2009-03-1419:40一、概述TM1628是一种带键盘扫描接口的LED(发光二极管显示器)驱动控制专用电路,内部集成有MCU数字接口、数据锁存器、LED高压驱动、键盘扫描等电路。

本产品性能优良,质量可靠。

主要应用于VCR、VCD、DVD及家庭影院等产品的显示屏驱动。

采用SOP28的封装形式。

二、特性说明•采用功率CMOS工艺•多种显示模式(11段×7位~14段×4位)•键扫描(10×2)•辉度调节电路(占空比8级可调)•串行接口(CLK,STB,DIO)•振荡方式:内置RC振荡(450KHz+5%)•内置上电复位电路•封装形式:SOP28三、管脚定义:四、管脚功能定义:DIO数据输入/输出在时钟上升沿输入/输出串行数据,从低位开始。

输出为N-ch open drainSTB片选在上升或下降沿初始化串行接口,随后等待接收指令。

STB为低后的第一个字节作为指令,当处理指令时,当前其它处理被终止。

当STB为高时,CLK被忽略CLK时钟输入在上升沿读取串行数据,下降沿输出数据KEY1~KEY2键扫数据输入输入该脚的数据在显示周期结束后被锁存Seg1/KS1~Seg10/KS10输出(段)段输出(也用作键扫描),p管开漏输出Grid1~Grid4输出(位)位输出,N管开漏输出Seg12/Grid7~Seg14/Grid5输出(段/位)段/位复用输出VDD逻辑电源5V±10%VSS逻辑地接系统地NC空脚内部未连线▲注意:DIO口输出数据时为N管开漏输出,在读键的时候需要外接1K-10K的上拉电阻。

本公司推荐10K的上拉电阻。

DIO在时钟的下降沿控制N管的动作,此时读数时不稳定,你可以参考图(6),在时钟的上升沿读数才时稳定。

五、显示寄存器地址和显示模式:该寄存器存储通过串行接口从外部器件传送到TM1628的数据,地址从00H-0DH共14字节单元,分别与芯片SGE和GRID管脚所接的LED灯对应,分配如下图:写LED显示数据的时候,按照从显示地址从低位到高位,从数据字节的低位到高位操作。

热做工具钢的显微检验1.试验的目的、特点及有效性热做工具钢用于多种工具或工具系统,如压机中的砧子或模具或锤锻工具,如模衬、模芯或压力铸造模具中的滑块以及金属挤压机中的模具、压头、内衬或中间衬等。

因为应用广范,模具本身受力情况千差万别,它不仅承受机械冲击,而且还承受热负荷、磨损甚至还受化学腐蚀的影响。

在选择模具时主要考虑是哪种影响因素。

因此应按模具受上述因素影响的模式进行试验和评定。

对材料的显微均匀性和显微退火组织进行评定时应和相对应的评级图对比。

(图1和图2)本规范主要用于如下文中的三种热做工具钢。

2.检测数量检测用试样数量和质量标准根据交货情况双方协商确定。

3.试样的制备制备试样时应考虑组织中各个相的种类、大小、形态及分布状况,而这些主要取决于冶炼和浇铸方法、钢锭的规格和几何形状、变形状况、以及热处理的时间和温度。

取样时应使得被检区域性平行与主变形方向。

被检区域不得小于10mm*20mm。

检测区域见图1。

应在退火状态的材料上取样,试样经打磨、抛光、硝酸-酒精腐蚀,以便可观察到显微组织的均匀性。

组织均匀性在50倍下评定,退火组织的评定在500倍下进行。

4.评级图的设计4.1显微组织均匀性所使用的评级图(图1)评级图包括50倍的显微组织照片。

其所显示的组织均匀性由测定的钢中的偏析确定。

这些区域由于合金元素聚集而表现为黑色的条带或网状。

它们是在凝固阶段偏析形成的正常结果,因此其形态很大程度上取决于凝固过程,也就是生产工艺。

偏析严重时,凝固过程中一次碳化物会在这些聚集区域产生并沉淀,表现为可见的亮点。

铸态条件下的偏析为网状结构,在随后的钢锭变形过程中会逐渐伸展形成线状。

评级图按变形比对显微组织的影响分为4行(1~4)。

热做工具钢的实际棒材尺寸见表3。

根据偏析严重程度的递增可分为“SA”,“SB”,“SC”,“SD”和“SE”列。

“SA”,“SB”优质级钢只能通过特冶方式获得,如“ESR”或“VAR”。
