Unit 14 I remember meeting all of you in Grade 7.
Section A (Grammar Focus-4c)
一、教学目标:
1、语言知识目标
1)、复习掌握以下四种动词的时态:一般过去时,现在完成时,一般将来时及be going to结构。
(To review Simple Past Tense, Present Perfect Tense, Simple Future Tense,be going to)
2)、复习宾语从句(.To review Objective Clause)
3)、To learn: used to do
4)、To learn the new words: senior, text, level, go by
2、技能目标;
能谈论过去和未来的生活。
3、情感态度价值观目标:
通过本单元的复习活动,能培养学生珍惜初中生活的点滴,培养对高中、及未来生活的憧憬,积极思考,树立远大的人生目标。
二、教学重难点:
1、教学重点;
1)、几种动词时态的用法。
我们描述过去的经历时,我们常常使用一般过去时态;我们还可以使用现在完成时态来表示过去发生的事对现在造成的结果和影响。
当我们对将来的事作出计划或打算时,我们可使用一般将来时态或,be going to 结构。
2)、能掌握学好宾语从句共有三关需要突破:
连接词——语序——时态
2、教学难点;
1)动词的时态用法和区别。
2)准确地运用宾语从句。
三、教学过程:
Step1、Warming--up and lead in.
1、Greet the Ss and check the homework.
2、Watch a video program.
Step2. Presentation.
1、some pictures on the big screen, present the new words and expressions.
2、Ss watch and learn the new words and expressions.
3、Give Ss some time and try to remember the new words and expressions.
4 、Work on Grammar;
--- What happened in Grade 7 (that was special)?
---Our team won the school basketball competition.
---How have you changed since you started junior high school?
---I’ve become much better at speaking English.
---What are your plans for the next year?
---I’m going to join the school volleyball team.
---What do you remember about Grade 8?
---I remember being a volunteer.
---What did you used to do that you don’t do now?
---I used to take dance lessons, but I don’t anymore.
---What are you looking forward to?
---I’m looking forward to going to senior high school.

主谓宾
We know that Li Na plays tennis very well.
主谓宾语从句
学好宾语从句共有三关需要突破:
连接词——语序——时态
1)、连接词关
宾语从句用陈述语序。
如:
He is an honest boy. The teacher said.
→The teacher said(that)he was an honest boy.
Does he work hard?I wonder.
→I wonder if/whether he works hard.
When did he leave?I don’t know.
→I don’t know when he left.
3)、时态关
①主句是现在的时态,从句的时态可根据实际情况而定。
如:
I hear that she has written three letters to the headmaster.
Mr Green says that the snow was very heavy last month.
②主句是过去的某种时态,
从句一定要用过去的某种时态
看下面的时态对应表;
the flight.
He told me that he was watching a
cartoon film at 10 o’clock this morning.
注意:如果宾语从句表述的是客观真理、自然现象等时,不管主句是什么时态,从句都要用一般现在时。
如:
He said that light travels much faster
than sound.
if和when既能引导状语从句,又能引导宾语从句。
因此,遇到它们就要认真分析一下,它们究竟属于“两副面孔”的哪一副。
如:
If it rains tomorrow, I won’t come.
(条件状语从句)
I don’t know if it will rain tomorrow.
(宾语从句)
