摘要：A shoe, in particular a sport shoe, has a reinforcement that totally or partially surrounds the foot below the ankle and that extends at one or both sides of the foot above the ankle. The reinforcement has a loop (28) that at least partially surrounds the foot below the ankle and a sleeve (18) that at least surrounds the leg above the ankle. The sleeve is linked to the loop by joints (32, 34) at the inner and/or outer side of the foot so as to transmit at least traction forces between the loop and the sleeve. The joint (32) at the outer side of the foot is offset to the front in the longitudinal direction of the shoe in relation to a middle position between the outer malleolus (24) and the inner malleolus (26) of the ankle, or the joint (34) at the inner side of the foot is offset to the rear in the longitudinal direction of the shoe in relation to said middle position. Sufficient mobility and reliable protection against injury are thus achieved. This reinforcement may also be used with an orthopaedic stocking or other textile supporting fabrics to stabilise the ankle.
