If you think you're too shy and want to be a little bit braver, try the following. You can make it.
There's no need to hide it. When they get to know you are a shy kid, they'll understand you better. This also helps you feel freer in talks.
When you smile, people think you are friendly and easy to talk to. Remember that other people have feelings too and most people will stay away from an angry-looking face.
If you find it hard to start talks, say something nice about people around you. Think about how great you feel when someone says something good to you. Doesn't it make you want to keep talking to that person?
Get your attention(注意) elsewhere. Think more about ways to enjoy the party or the game. Don't waste(浪费) time worrying about your looks or whether (是否)people like you or not.
Each time after you say "hi" or smile at someone for the first time, say to yourself "I did it"! Or it could be something bigger, like buying yourself an ice cream.

Try to find out the causes.
The first step is to find out what you’re worried about. Sometimes you k now it, but sometimes you might not. If you can’t make sure what your worries are, you will have more and more new problems in your life .So remember that you must try to find out the causes before you start to deal with them even though it might not be so easy.
Think of ways to make it better
There is always something you can do to help you feel less worried. Sitting there worrying is no fun and it won't solve your problem.
Grades at school are often a top worry for students. If you're worried about grades, ask yourself these questions.
☆ How do I get ready for class? Do I review my notes even when there isn't a test?
☆ Do I have a good place to do my homework?
☆ Have I tried different ways of studying?
If your worry is about a fight you had with a friend, you might write down all the things you could do----write a note to him or her, invite him or her to a basketball game, say sorry to him or her, etc. Once you have a list of things you could do, you can choose the one that gets your friend back.
Ask for help
When you're worried, you can find someone to chat with. You can ask your parents, friends, or teachers for help .They can help you analyze(分析)your problems carefully

It is said that the eyes are the windows of our soul. However, you have to look after them carefully. Your eyes need everyday care.
Firstly, you have to be careful with your diet. Have more fresh fruits, vegetable, fish, egg and milk, It’s good for your eyes. You should also take some Vitamins A and B2 .
Secondly, you must have a regular（规律的）and sound sleep. It relaxes the eye muscles(肌肉) and gives them the rest .Sleep can help the body to repair its tired tissues(组织).Usually, you must sleep for at least seven to eight hours every day. Loss of sleep can give you dark circles under the eyes.
Next, it’s necessary for you to exercise ey es every day. Blink（眨眼）your eyes at regular time, and it can make the eyeballs watery and give them a good wash.
Lastly, you should use your eyes in right ways。

Fox example, if a small thing goes into your eye ,you start rubbing（揉）it, it is wrong. Rubbing is harmful to your eyes。

Don’t read or write in poor or bright sunlight because sunlight can make eye tired. Remember to use sunglasses to stop the sunshine from shining directly(直接) into your eyes. Too much reading, writing, watching television or working on the computer can also cause eye tiredness，so a good rest is important.
