摘要
李锐和蒋韵的长篇小说《人间》是对白蛇传故事的重述。

这一重述作品是对中国古代传说的一次全新阐释。

它丰富了白蛇传故事的体系，并且发展了故事的意义，完成了对传统文化的当代解读与传承。

李锐、蒋韵对白蛇传这一流传已久的民间故事进行了大胆的解构和重建，无论是立意还是艺术形式，《人间》都多有创新。

本论文首先试图对白蛇传故事的起源与流变作一清晰的梳理，然后着重分析《人间》的大胆创新之处，主要从它的“身份认同困境”主题、艺术形式、带给我们的现代性精神反思三个方面展开。

全新的主题具体体现在秋白、白蛇、青儿、粉孩儿、香柳娘乃至法海等众多人物的心理及生存困境中。

艺术形式方面，叙事结构打破了传统白蛇故事的线性叙事模式，采用多线并置式结构，多个叙述人话语交杂缠绕。

语言清新洗练，富有古典诗意。

另外，关注其内含的浓厚的人文关怀精神。
