Dear Mike,
I hope this letter finds you well. I didn't want to worry you, but I've been feeling quite unwell lately.

At first, I thought it was just a passing cold, but the symptoms have persisted and even worsened over the past week. I've been experiencing a high fever, persistent cough, and aches all over my body.
