【一、巴黎公约简介】
巴黎公约全称为《巴黎公约for the Protection of Industrial Property》，即《保护工业产权巴黎公约》。

【二、巴黎公约第六条之七的内容】
巴黎公约第六条之七是关于“商标国际注册”的规定。

2.Registrations effected by the International Bureau in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter shall have the same effect as national registrations.
3.The International Bureau shall keep aregister of marks in which shall be entered the particulars of all marks registered in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, together with such other particulars as may be prescribed.The register shall be open to public inspection.
4.The International Bureau shall, on request and against payment of the prescribed fee, furnish a certificate of any mark registered in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, and such a certificate shall be prima facie evidence of the registration of the mark in the countries designated in the request.
5.The International Bureau shall, on request, notify the registration of any mark registered in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and shall issue extracts from the register and certify the contents of any such extract.
6.The International Bureau shall, on request, communicate to any
national Office any information contained in the register of marks."
【四、我国对巴黎公约第六条之七的立场和实践】
我国是巴黎公约的缔约国，对于第六条之七的规定，我国积极履行国际义务，参与国际注册制度的实施。

在我国，商标国际注册的申请和审查由我国国家知识产权局负责。

同时，我国也承认国际注册商标在我国的效力，并对其进行保护。
