摘要：PURPOSE:To respectively discriminate and measure the melt and gas in a blast furnace by sampling a melt by the recessed part of a sub-lance, measuring the temp. thereof, withdrawing a gas into a gas withdrawing port and measuring the temp. thereof. CONSTITUTION:The front end part of the sub-lance 42 inserted freely movably into a main lance 38 is provided with the recessed part 61 opened toward the upper side. A thermocouple 62 is mounted to the recessed part 61. Further, the gas withdrawing port 63 which is opened toward the outer side and communicates with the outside is provided in the front end part of the sub-lance 42 and a thermocouple 64 is provided in the aperture thereof. The sub-lance 42 is projected from the main lance 38 and the temp. of the melt in the blast furnace sampled into the recessed part 61 is measured by the thermocouple 62. The temp. of the gas sucked via the gas withdrawing port 63 is measured by the thermocouple 64.
