With the improvement of people’s life, more and more parents buy their children cellphones, hoping to contact them conveniently. However, some people think it improper for children to bring cellphones to school.
On the one hand, it is a good way for children to keep in contact with their parents easily. They can also ask for help in case of danger.
On the other hand, there are disadvantages. First, the radiation from cellphones is harmful for health. Besides, some students send messages or play games via cellphones in class, which affects their study.
In my view, children shouldn’t be allowed to bring cellphones to school. When they need to contact their parents, teachers can offer their help.

1. 本题总分为25分,按5个档次给分。
