有利因素:（1）话题来源于学生的实际生活，便于理 解。 （2）学生在八年级上册Unit 11已学过用祈使句 和 Can you …? / Would you please…?及Could you please…?提出请求。（3）学生又在本单元 Section A学习了新的目标语Would you mind (not)doing...?及其肯定和否定回答。 不利因素:以上句型在语法运用上容易形成混淆。

熟记平方差公式，能说出平方差公式的结构特征，会用平方差公式进行运算.

Step 2: Teach the new words

Show the new words on the screen. Read the new words to the class and ask Ss to repeat.

Listen and number the sentences in the order you hear them in activity 1a.

Listen again and fill in the blanks in the chart.
