Party A and Party B have reached an agreement through equal n and have agreed to sign this agreement and abide by it together.
I。

Rights and ns of Party A
A) ns of Party A
1.Party A shall pay Party B the consultant fees in full on a monthly basis.
2.Party A shall communicate with the consultant in a timely manner。

fully respect and listen to Party B's ns and ns。

and adopt
Party B's reasonable and constructive nal ns based on the needs of business management.
B) Rights of Party A
1.Party A has the right to require Party B to come to Party A's company for on-site work according to Party A's work arrangement。

2.Party A has the right to understand Party B's work n during Party B's tenure as Party A's consultant.
3.Party A has the right to require Party B to submit written work reports to its centralized management department regularly.
II。

Rights and ns of Party B
A) ns of Party B
1.Party B shall come to Party A's company for on-site work
on a certain number of workdays per week as required by Party A。

not less than 4 days per month。

The specific time shall be determined through n een Party A and Party B。

and Party B shall arrange other work and rest time on its own.
2.Party B must fulfill the labor content specified by Party A with due diligence and reach the specified quality standards.
3.Party B cannot engage in any business or activities unrelated to the agreed work tasks or engage in illegal and criminal activities in the name of Party A。

Otherwise。

Party B shall be responsible for all consequences。

and Party A reserves the right to pursue its legal and economic responsibilities.
4.Party B shall communicate with Party A in a timely manner regarding its work n during Party B's tenure as Party A's consultant.
5.Party B shall submit written reports on its consultant work
to Party A's relevant department leaders as required by Party A.
B) Rights of Party B
1.When working on-site at Party A's company。

Party B has the right to require Party A to provide necessary working ns and protect its safety and health with labor n measures.
2.During the tenure。

Party B has the right to provide guiding ns or critical ns to relevant units or departments of Party A on the responsibilities within Party B's work scope.
III。

Employment n and Responsibilities
Party B agrees to establish a ork n center and initial management。

personnel training。

and the establishment of marketing websites。

and complete the n and comparison of the
company's website according to Party A's work needs during Party B's tenure as a ork n consultant。

including but not limited to the following:
Job responsibilities:
1.Assist in the daily n of the project website。

establish and manage the website n team。

including website planning。

website editing。

website maintenance。

and customer service comprehensive team;
2.Plan。

promote。

and coordinate major n plans of the company。

track market development。

and adjust strategies;
3.Develop strategic development and business plans for us departments of the n center。

coordinate the work of us departments。

and build and develop excellent n teams.
1.制定公司运营指标和年度发展计划，确保顺利完成营业
指标。

2.合理设置部门组织结构和岗位，优化业务流程，合理配
置人力资源，开发和培养部门员工能力，对员工绩效进行管理，提升部门的工作效率，提高部门员工的工作热情和积极性。

3.修订和执行公司战略规划及与日常营运相关的制度体系
和业务流程。

期限：本协议有效期自年月日起，至年月日止。

劳动纪律：乙方应遵守本协议及工作要求，爱护甲方的财产，遵守职业道德。

兼职劳动报酬。

1.甲方将在每月日前向乙方支付上月的税后劳动报酬元人民币。

2.甲方不承担乙方任何劳保福利待遇，并且不负责承担乙方的任何保险费用，因乙方为兼职网络运营顾问。

保密责任。

1.乙方在兼职期间必须遵守甲方规定的任何成文或不成文的保密规章制度，履行与其工作岗位相应的保密职责。

2.未经甲方同意不得刺探与本职工作或本身业务无关的商业秘密。

3.未经甲方同意不得泄露、告知、公布、发布、出版、传授、转让或者其他任何方式使任何第三方（包括按照保密制度
规定不得知悉该项秘密的甲方其他成员）知悉属于甲方或者属于他人但甲方承诺有保密义务的技术秘密或其他商业秘密信息。

4.乙方承诺，在甲方兼职期间，非经甲方事先同意，不自
营或其他企业担任包括股东、合伙人、董事、监事、经理、职员、代理人、顾问等职位的与甲方类似的产品或服务，不为他人或企业提供与甲方类似的产品或服务的意见和建议。

5.乙方离职之后仍对其在甲方兼职期间接触、知悉的属于
甲方或者虽属于第三方但甲方承诺有保密义务的技术秘密和其他商业秘密信息，承诺如同兼职期间一样的保密义务和不擅自使用有关秘密信息的义务，而无论乙方因何种原因离职。

违约责任。

1.若甲方无故未按月足额发放聘任费用给乙方，视为违约，乙方有权要求甲方及时补给聘任费用。

2.若甲方未经乙方同意，无故自行终止本协议，或不履行
其应尽义务，视为违约，乙方有权要求甲方支付不超过聘任费用中应付未付部分金额的违约金。

3.乙方在聘用期间，若未经甲方同意，无故自行终止本协议，不履行或不完全履行其工作职责，视为违约，甲方有权扣发乙方的聘任费用。

如果乙方的工作行为违反了国家法律、政策规定，给甲方的经营管理或甲方客户造成了损害，这将被视为违约，乙方必须承担所有的法律和经济责任。

争议的解决将在本协议签署后生效。

如果双方发生争议，应该通过协商解决。

如果协商无法解决，可以提交公司注册地的仲裁委员会进行仲裁，按照该仲裁委员会的仲裁规则进行仲裁。

本协议一式两份，双方签字后生效。
