第三届中国（盘锦）国际石油与海洋工程装备博览会由辽宁省人民政府和中国石油天然气集团公司共同主办，将于2012年9月25-27日在辽河会展中心召开。

中国（盘锦）国际石油与海洋工程装备博览会（CPIPEE）是石油天然气装备领域的国际盛会。

展会每两年举办一届，在辽河油田总部所在地、“气化辽宁”工程的市场所在地——盘锦举行。

展会坚持国际化、市场导向与技术导向并重的原则，突出海洋工程与天然气特色，致力于推进国内石油天然气装备与国际接轨，为石油天然气装备产业搭建专业、开放、共赢的平台。

在第二届CPIPEE上，有570家企业参展，包括中石油、中石化、中海油、斯伦贝谢、壳牌、雪佛龙、国民油井等来自二十多个国家和地区的石油行业巨头及著名行业组织；有俄罗斯等10多个国家的采购团、三大石油公司物资管理部门的采购商及专业人士2万多人与会，合同订货总额达110亿元，签约项目23个，总投资额100亿元；有来自国内外的著名新闻媒体，如CCTV、石油机械杂志、中国石油报、全球石油网等对博览会进行了深度报道。

展会在业界产生了较大的震动和影响，形成了良好的口碑。

第三届中国（盘锦）国际石油与海洋工程装备博览会将在上一届博览会的基础上进一步提高档次和国际化水平，突出海洋工程与天然气特色。

Co-hosted by the People’s Government of Liaoning Province and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), the 3rd China (Panjin) International Petroleum and Offshore Engineering Equipment Exhibition will be held at Liaohe Exhibition Centre, Panjin, Liaoning in 25-27 September, 2012.
The exhibition is an international event in the petroleum and gas equipment production industry, which will be held once every two years in Panjin, which is the seat of Liaohe oilfield headquarter and the market of Liaoning Gasification Project. The exhibition adheres to the rules of internationalization,
market-oriented and technology-oriented and stands out the characteristic of offshore engineering and gas industry. It stands on bringing the domestic petroleum and offshore engineering equipment more in line with international standards. Furthermore, establishing professional, open and win-win platform for petroleum and offshore engineering equipment industry.
There are over 570 exhibitors in the second CPIPEE, which include industry Bigs and some industrial organizations from more than 20 countries and regions, like CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, Schlumberger, Shell, Chevron, National Oilwell Varco, etc. Over 20000 professional guests and purchasers from Russia, CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC have attended the exhibition. The trade volume is nearly 11 billion RMB, and there are 23 signing projects with total investment of 10 billion RMB. Medias home and abroad, like CCTV, China Petroleum Machinery, Oil News, , etc., have taken depth reports on the exhibition. The exhibition has gained great public praise and brings bigger influence over the industry.
The 3rd China (Panjin) International Petroleum and Offshore Engineering Equipment Exhibition will realize the grade and scale promotion based on the achievement of the former
