浅析市房地产中介的现状、问题与对策

中文摘要:近几年,房地产业得到了迅速的发展,房地产中介机构也随着日益强大和繁荣起来,就市而言,现今房地产中介组织越来越多,市场竞争也越来越激烈,但也正因为我市房地产中介竞争日益增加,导致了房地产中介机构越来越多的问题出现,如市场行为不规,诈骗行为越来越多,职责不明确,信息不对称所引起的连锁反应等这些问题。另一方面,从整个市场来看,市的房地产中介良莠不齐,市场发展还不成熟,规模偏小,依然属于初级阶段,房地产中介的从业人员在实践中还存在很多不规的行为。因此,我市房地产中介机构必须以长远的眼光看待房地产市场,借助树立良好的专业品牌与完善相关的机制,培养专业人员的素质等对策来解决不规行为而最终赢得市场。本文即对市房地产中介的现状及所出现的问题进行分析,并对其所存在的问题现象提出相应的对策。

Abstract:In recent years, the real estate industry obtained the swift and violent development, real estate intermediary institutions is also growing and flourishing, in terms of chongqing, nowadays the real estate intermediary organizations is becoming more and more market competition is becoming more and more intense, but also because of our city real estate intermediary competition increasing, lead to real estate agents more and more problems appear, such as market behavior is not standard, fraud is becoming more and more responsibilities are not clear, the chain reaction caused by information asymmetry and so on these problems.
