通过两年的学习,他们已经具备了一定的英语基本知识和技能。

学生在本单元初次学习关于时间的询问与表达What do you do on ____? I often____.学生需要熟练掌握星期、课程以及动词短语,才能更好地为本单元目标语I often ___.的输出做好铺垫。

教学目标:知识与技能:1. 能听、说、认读单词“cooking”。

2. 能听懂、会说句子“What do you have on Thursday s?”,“What do you do on Thursday, Grandpa?”,“I have a cooking class with your grandma.”。

《My Week》A Let’s talk本节课与英语课程标准课标中二级目标有关的要求是: 能就所熟悉的个人和家庭情况进行简短对话。

在具体语境中理解一般现在时的意义和用法。

在实际运用中体会一般现在时的表意功能。

它包括三个内容:第一项课标要求的维度目标是技能目标:行为动词是进行,学习水平是运用。

学习内容是简短对话。

第二项课标要求的维度目标是知识目标:行为动词是理解,学习水平是理解。

学习内容是一般现在时的意义和用法。

第三项课标要求的维度目标是知识目标:行为动词是体会,学习水平是了解。

学习内容是一般现在时的表意功能。

教材分析:过去:本单元是比较独立的一个单元,但在一周内做事情的动词和课程在以往的学习有很多,如sing, play, do, maths, Chinese, music等等。

现在:本课是小学英语人教版教材五年级上册第二单元第一课时内容。

本单元围绕一周课程安排和周末活动话题展开。

在本单元学习中,重点通过听、说、读、写等活动使学生掌握本单元主要交际语言:“What do you have on Thursdays?”等介绍学校课程以及个人周末安排的表达法,将来:通过本单元的学习,使学生懂得合理利用时间,养成良好的生活和学习习惯,为第四单元学习会做什么事情做铺垫。

学情分析:优势:五年级学生已经具备了一定的英语基础知识和基本能力,而且他们天真活泼,可塑性强,好奇心强,有较强的模仿能力、逻辑思维能力、接受能力和求知欲望,他们对新生事物表现出浓厚的兴趣。

劣势:学生有一定的英语词汇积累,但还不牢固,需要多提醒才能想起。

学习方法和学习习惯都有待于老师的指导和培养,有些学生缺乏自信心,需要老师多鼓励,创造较多的机会给他们。

教学重点、难点:课标要求能用简单的英语交换有关个的简单信息。

教材分析中指中:运用句型询问他人经常做的事情。

所以,通过对课标和教材的分析,确定本课的教学重点是:句型Do you often …?及其答句。
