专家教你如何维修双离合器变速箱作者:暂无来源:《汽车维修与保养》 2017年第7期文/北京薛庆文自2008年一汽大众迈腾轿车在1.8T发动机上匹配型号为02E型6挡湿式双离合器变速箱(DSG)以来,如今奔驰、宝马、奥迪、保时捷、沃尔沃、福特、通用、菲亚特、现代、本田等车型均已实现了双离合器变速箱的装车,而且国内自主品牌如吉利、比亚迪、长城、众泰、名爵、荣威等车型的双离合器变速箱装车率也在攀升。

由此可见双离合器变速箱有成为传统燃油车新“宠”的趋势,分析原因是双离合器变速箱是目前所有自动变速箱(AT、CVT、AMT、EVT)中换挡响应最快、传递效率最高的一款变速箱,因此给整车带来的排放及燃油经济性提升也是最优的。

据行业权威机构预测,2020年我国乘用车搭载双离合器变速箱的比例有望超过AT及CVT变速箱(图1)。

目前汽车维修市场正在走细分化道路,品牌专修、高端车维修、系统化专修(如自动变速箱)等,其实都是要体现维修作业的专业化强度,所谓专业人做专业事。

随着双离合器变速箱的装车率逐年升高,一些故障逐渐凸显,对于部分典型故障及常见故障维修技师们完全可以诊断和修理。

从基础结构上看双离合变速箱跟手动挡变速箱没有本质区别,就是两个手动变速箱合二为一的结果,只不过增加了电液控制系统,实现了两个离合器交替工作,接合与分离以及换挡拨叉位置的自动切换过程,最终实现了自动换挡控制等功能。

就目前市场分析来看,双离合器变速箱的主要故障出现在软件控制及硬件功能两个方面,软件方面当前还是由厂家来处理,而硬件方面大部分是出现在机电模块及双离合器本身,而机械齿轮部分相对故障率很低,以上结论也包括车辆事故导致的变速箱破损等。

第三节自动变速器的检修一、自动变速器基本检查和性能测试对于有故障的自动变速器应先进行性能检验,以确认其故障范围,为进一步的分解修理提供依据。

修前检测是从诊断故障和确定修理部位出发,在车上作必要的检查或测试。

自动变速器在修理完毕后,也应进行全面的性能检查,修后检查是为了鉴定修理质量,检验自动变速器的各项性能指标是否达到标准要求。

(一)自动变速器的基本检查自动变速器的油位不当,油质不佳、联动机构调节不当以及发动机怠速不正常,是引起自动变速器产生故障的最常见原因。

通常把对这些部件的检查与重新调整,叫做自动变速器的基本检查。

无论具体故障是什么,这种基本检查总是要进行,而且也是首先进行的。

基本检查和调整项目包括:油面检查、油质检查、液压控制系统漏油检查、油门拉索检查和调整、换挡杆位置检查和调整、空挡起动开关和怠速检查。

1、油面检查在对变速器进行检查前或故障诊断前,首先要对变速器油面高度进行检查,一般在车辆行驶1万公里后检查油液面。

变速器与差速器有一公用的油池,其间是相通的。

在拉出油尺之前,应将护罩及手柄上的脏东西都擦干净。

把选挡手柄放在P位或N位(空挡),将发动机在怠速时至少运转一分钟,汽车必须停放在水平路面上,这样才能确保在差速器和变速器之间的油面高度正常、稳定。

检查应在油液正常工作温度(50~90)℃,时进行。

自动变速器油面检查的具体方法是:(1)将汽车停放在水平地面上,并拉紧手制动。

(2)让发动机怠速运转一分钟以上。

(3)踩住制动踏板,将操纵手柄拨至倒挡(P)、前进挡(D)、前进低挡(S、L或2、1)等位置,并在每个挡位上停留几秒钟,使液力变矩器和所有换挡执行元件中都充满液压油。

最后将操纵手柄拨至停车挡(P)位置。

(4)从加油管内拔出自动变速器油尺,将擦干净的油尺全部插入加油管后再拔出,检查油尺上的油面高度。

液压油油面高度的标准是:如果自动变速器处于冷态(即冷车刚刚起动,液压油的温度较低,为室温或低于25℃时),液压油油面高度应在油尺刻线的下限附近;如果自动变速器处于热态(如低速行驶5min以上,液压油温度已达70℃~80℃),油面高度应在油尺刻线的上限附近(图1-62)。

修理厂常遇到的驾驶性问题之一是2‐3或4‐5换档时打滑,引擎转速瞬时提高,有时甚至象作用在空档上一样,感觉引擎在空转。

此外,在5‐4或者3‐2降档时,也会出现档位消失、引擎空转的情况。

根据722.6的设计规范,在载荷下升档或降档时,主油压(722.6中成为工作油压)必须根据载荷而随时调整。

而大量的维修实践表明阀体上的主调压阀孔在弹簧附近经常会被磨损,从图1可以看到,弹簧附近的黄色油路是经调制的电磁阀信号油(pMod),电磁阀通过这个油路对工作油压进行控制。

图1中主调压阀上的灰色部分(弹簧侧)由于反复运动而磨损相应的阀孔部位,使电磁阀调制信号油压从这里的磨损处漏过,因此工作油压没有随着引擎载荷的增加而增加,从而导致换档打滑以及换档时出现空档的故障。

2.执行SCNcoding.
3.删除故障记忆.
