To get the students to be sensitive with prep and listening material.
6. Strange world
Present a picture of a strange world.
Ask students to talk about it with “there be”
To review the vocabulary of school. To help students learn about the way to accumulate vocabularies.

1. Revision
Tell students what a word map is, and how to create a word map.
It’s students create a word map of school in groups, and then write their answers on the blackboard to make the word map together.
3.Reading
Present the cards and pictures to the students
First, match the cards with the pictures. Then, students read the words in the cards and write down the questions they want to ask.. Carry out “ask and answer” activity between two groups.

4. Language practice
Present a picture for students to describe.
Show them an example how to do it.
Students describe the picture with different prepositions, others should pay attention if they are right or not.
To practice the usage of prep.
5. Listening
Present a picture which has some differences from the listening material.
Students listen and find the differences.
Students find as many strange parts as possible.
Talk about it with “there be”
Practice the structure of “there be”.
作业布置
Write the strange world Teens, sharing funny stories with students inChina.
Give instructions.
It’s a group competition. Contestants guess the words according to the explanations from their group.
To go over the vocabulary they’ve learned in the first two units, and to make preparation for the following activities.

This unit is to check if the students master the new words they learned in this module, and to know if they can describe a picture or surroundings with “there be” in English.
