摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain a label which is integrated simultaneously with the drawing and hollow forming of a plastic preform and can improve the material of a hollow container by providing a foaming ink layer which foams by heat generated at the time of forming the container between a base material and an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A thermosensitive adhesive layer 2 which achieves an adhesive effect at a temperature for the drawing and hollow forming of a plastic container is provided on the rear of the base material 1 obtained by laminating paper, synthetic resin and Al foil, etc. A pattern 4 for the ink layer 3 in a microcapsule type which foams at comparatively low temperature is provided between the adhesive 2 and the base material 1 and covered with a protective layer 5. They are inserted and fixed in a metallic mold in a state where the adhesive layer 2 may turn inside. By closing the metallic mold and performing the drawing and hollow forming of the container, the label is made to adhere to the barrel of the container. The foaming ink layer 3 foams like a pattern with the heat held by the resin and the heat of the metallic mold at the time of forming the container, and the barrel of the container is recessed and ruggedness is caused on the forming part. With such constitution, the label is prevented from falling off and the strength of the barrel is increased.
