摘要：PURPOSE: To improve vibration resistance and to prevent electric interference by constituting a slave module and a control module of a thick film printed circuit consisting of a metallic base in the electric system of an automobile. CONSTITUTION: A copper sheet 2 is baked at first in a furnace to form a chromium oxide surface layer. Then a 1st dielectric adhesive layer is stuck to the oxidized copper sheet 2 and the expansion coefficient of the adhesive layer is selected almost equally to the thermal expansion coefficient of copper. Then wiring on a thick film circuit is stuck by silk screen printing to print out the 1st dielectric layer, a crossover dieletric layer and a 2nd dielectric layer. A thick film conductor line 7 printed as a silver polymer stuck to the dielectric layer mutually connects between pads. Finally a cover layer is stuck to complete a synthetic layer.
