摘要：PURPOSE:To make it possible to utilize a common thing effectively, by storing the name of a common thing, and also the number of computing systems to which the common thing can be of service simultaneously at the existing time point. CONSTITUTION:The memory part 101 stores in a pair the name of a common thing, and the number of computers to which the common thing can offer the service simultaneously at the existing time point, and this pair of status can be written and read out. And, when a request signal is sent to the execution part 102 through the selecting part 103 from the receiving parts 104A, 104B which are provided on the computer system by 1 to 1, the execution part 102 reads out the contents of the memory part 101, decides whether they can be utilized or not, and gives a reply through the selective part 103. In this way, the common thing makes a reconcillation so that it can be of service to the system simultaneously as to all the system to which its service can be executed at the same time, therefore it is possible to monopolize the common thing and utilize it e f f e ct ive l y.
