说服性报告
报告是常用的一种文体,是下级部门就某件事情向上级部门和领导汇报工作、反映情况、提出建议等使用的公文。

常见的报告种类有意见报告、调查报告、研究报告、实验报告等多种。

报告的写作一般遵循以下步骤:
1.首先,确定报告的目的或原因。

陈述报告的目的或原因即是写作目的的呈现,要求目的或原因直截了当,简洁易懂,让读者能够把握要点。

2.其次,陈述观点。

这一部分也就是文章的主体部分。

针对报告的原因或者目的陈述自己的理由,要求理由合理恰当、条理清晰。

3.最后提出建议或者表述结果。

最后针对提出的问题给出建议或者表述结果,建议要有针对性,结果要有总结性。

报告写作过程中我们应该注意以下几点:
(1)内容准确无误。

报告的正确性不仅仅是指英语语法、标点符号和拼写,更重要的是其内容要叙述的正确。

报告的事实陈述部分既不能因哗众取宠而夸大其词,也不能因其涉及令人不愉快的消息而低调陈述。

实事求是、准确无误是报告写作的重要原则。

(2)语言简洁流畅。

报告的长短一般取决于报告的内容及其正式程度。

正式报告篇幅一般较长,而非正式报告则较短。

不论何种报告,报告的语言必须简洁、流畅,切忌陈词滥调。

一份拖沓冗长的报告不仅写时费力,对方阅读更浪费时间。

撰写报告时要尽量避免啰嗦,用尽可能少的文字,完整、清楚地表达需要表达的意思。

(3)结构清晰明了。

针对本单元写作一般符合三段式写作,首先表明目的,其次陈述理由,最后提出建议。

加强逻辑性,使读者一目了然。

(4)建议明确果断。

多数报告都有结论和建议部分,是报告的核心。

撰写时,应确保报告的结论和建议是经过充分论证而得出的,而且应明确果断,切忌模棱两可。
