Step 1.Warming up
1. Greetings.
2. Review the learnt phrases in the last lesson: I dream of / that ….
Step 2. Presentation
1. Lead in: Put on the mask of ‘ Toby ’ and pretend to sleep. And mime the other actions: fast asleep, wake up, jump out, open the door, looks for…(教师戴上Toby面具逐个演示动作)




You’re fast asleep.
Suddenly you wake up.
The door of your room opens, and you see the hand of a monster.
You jump out of bed.
You open the window and hide behind the curtains.

Suddenly you wake up.(做睡醒状)
The door of your room opens, and you see the hand of a monster.(做开门状,并看见了个怪物的手)
2. Learn to understand every sentence, pointing to the pictures.
3. Say the sentences follow the tape.
4. Fill in the numbers.
5. Check the answers.




Listen, say and mime the action story.
It jumps out of the window to get you.(做跳窗状)
You close the window and get back into bed.(关窗回床)
Step 3. Practice
1. Listen to the tape and do the actions (开始时采取正常顺序,后打乱顺序再次演练).
