第一个是要有信心,信心不仅仅是临上场前为自己加油打气,更是于面试前充分的准备。

台上一分钟,台下十年功,为了这几分钟的展示,我们往往会付出很多辛劳。

面试也一样,由于心态的原因,普通人能够发挥自己七八成的水平已经很不错了,所以你如果心态不好的话,更应该提前准备。

准备什么呢?
1.准备自我介绍。

毫无疑问,但凡是有个面试一定会先让你做自我介绍,你需要做的就是反复练习,尽量在一分钟之内把自己的优点、长处、背景介绍出来。

这样能方便面试官在最短的时间内了解你。

2.准备专业问题。

英文面试其实跟其他面试都一样,都是要考察应聘者的综合素质和工作能力。

首先你要对自己的专业相关的话题信手拈来,随便问你一个都能答上来,如果不知道的话,一个是训练自己短时间内快速组织思路和语言的能力,另外一个就是训练你随机应变的能力。

相信我,这对你非常有好处。

复盘总结自己有哪些表现的不够好的地方,提醒自己这些错下次一定不能再犯,让自己一次一次变得更好,这就是模拟面试的意义。

第二个是要良好的心态。

心态这个东西说来也悬,外人对你的告诫安慰都没有太大作用,最重要的是自己要有一颗平静的内心。

如果知道自己上场紧张的话,可以试着深呼吸,然后多与身边的人聊聊天,转移注意力。

实在不行的话做一些热身运动也是可以的,通过身体的活动产生热量然后驱散身体的紧张感。
