第一个是要有信心，信心不仅仅是临上场前为自己加油打气，更是于面试前充分的准备。
台上一分钟，台下十年功，为了这几分钟的展示，我们往往会付出很多辛劳。
面试也一样，由于心态的原因，普通人能够发挥自己七八成的水平已经很不错了，所以你如果心态不好的话，更应该提前准备。
准备什么呢？
1.准备自我介绍。
毫无疑问，但凡是有个面试一定会先让你做自我介绍，你需要做的就是反复练习，尽量在一分钟之内把自己的优点、长处、背景介绍出来。
这样能方便面试官在最短的时间内了解你。
2.准备专业问题。
英文面试其实跟其他面试都一样，都是要考察应聘者的综合素质和工作能力。
首先你要对自己的专业相关的话题信手拈来，随便问你一个都能答上来，如果不知道的话，一个是训练自己短时间内快速组织思路和语言的能力，另外一个就是训练你随机应变的能力。
相信我，这对你非常有好处。
（偏题一下，这项能力训练最好的形式就是辩论和吵架，什么？为什么吵架也能锻炼啊，辩论可不就是在有礼貌地吵架么哈哈哈哈）
3.准备模拟面试。
为了让自己在真实的面试中尽快进入角色，你需要在面试前进行模拟面试，这点很重要。
就像我们在高考前会有三轮的模考一样，你也应该至少为自己准备一次像样的模拟面试，让你的好朋友为你准备几个问题。
然后现场回答，把整个流程走一遍（有条件的可以全程录像），然后你再事后回看自己的表现，让朋友为你做出评价。
复盘总结自己有哪些表现的不够好的地方，提醒自己这些错下次一定不能再犯，让自己一次一次变得更好，这就是模拟面试的意义。
第二个是要良好的心态。
心态这个东西说来也悬，外人对你的告诫安慰都没有太大作用，最重要的是自己要有一颗平静的内心。
如果知道自己上场紧张的话，可以试着深呼吸，然后多与身边的人聊聊天，转移注意力。
实在不行的话做一些热身运动也是可以的，通过身体的活动产生热量然后驱散身体的紧张感。
有科学研究表明，长期运动的人提高神经系统对人体活动时错综复杂变化的判断能力，并及时做出协调、准确、迅速的反应；使人体适应内外环境的变化、保持肌体生命活动的正常进行。
所以长期健身也有助于消除紧张的压力。
