一、话题:How much is it?
二、教学目标
1.知识及水平目标
①能听懂、会说“It's colourful / pretty / expensive.”并能在情景中使用。

②能在实际生活中使用Can I help you? How much is this dress / shirt / jacket?等句子。

2.情感态度目标
①在模拟市场交易的情境中教会孩子购买商品。

②教育孩子在享受幸福生活的同时不要忘记灾区的同龄人需要我们奉献爱心,协助他们度过难关。

三、教学重、难点
1.掌握句型:Can I help you? How much is this dress / shirt / jacket?
2.本课时的教学难点是ninety-nine的发音,以及如何利用白板创造真实的购物情境,让孩子们能够真正地使用本堂课所学用语。

四、课前准备:白板课件,Amy和mother的头饰
T:So the ______ is expensive. The ______ is cheap. Ss:The blue dress is expensive. The pink dress is cheap. T:Can you say something like this? If you are right, you can get a star for your group.
Ss:The water is cheap, the Coke is expensive.
……
T:Yes, I think you can also say“My _____ is _____ yuan. It’s cheap. My _____ is ______ yuan. It’s expensive.”Try something more, please. 这一活动让学生在对比中复习expensive和cheap的含义,并鼓励孩子们根据自己的实际物品的价格来进行对比,进一步帮助学生理解expensive和cheap的区别。

在学生回答过程中,教师采取竞赛机制,回答正确的学生可以为所在组赢得10元。

这一环节,教师采用了白板技术中双页显示的功能,方便学生练习和教师的奖励操作。

二次倾听,选择商品价格,并操练本课时的难点ninety-nine的发音。

S: It’s B, 99yuan.
T: Yes, A is 199 yuan. C is 39yuan. Now read after me, please. 199yuan, 99 yuan, 39 yuan.
T: Then let’s listen again, and read it together.
T: Now let’s go to the toy shop. Look at Xi Yangyang. It’s nice. How much is it?
S: It’s … yuan.
T: Up/Down.
S: It’s 28 yuan.
T: Yes, you are so cool, a gift for you!
T: Now, look at the doll, it’s lovely. How much is it? I will tell someone.教师将价格耳语给某一位学生。

Then, ask and answer like this “How much is this doll? It’s … yuan.” And you tell them up or down. 再次听力练习,并跟读,整体感知语言,为下一阶段操练How much is it?句型做好铺垫。

价格竞猜游戏,猜中有奖。

教师先行示范,再请一位同学当小老师,提示竞猜的学生up or down。

教师给予猜对的同学奖励。

结合It’s cheap./ It’s expensive.进行操练。

拓展练习,让孩子们自由选择自己喜欢的物品操练,并引出句型Can I help you?进行同步练习。

T:Look.When disaster struck, help came from all sides. 此环节教师朗读,配上煽情音乐,让孩子们产生共鸣,对比信中提及的内容和自己所拥有的幸福生活,激发他们的爱心。

Homework:
1. 为玉树的同龄人制作一张励志卡,鼓励他们要坚强。

2. 分组表演课文内容,可以自主创新。

T: Here is your homework. Class is over, see you. 教育孩子们要珍惜眼前的美好生活,同时要积极奉献自己的爱心,向灾区的同龄人伸出援手,帮助身边需要帮助的人,勿以善小而不为。

作业是课堂向课外的延伸。
