5、动火作业常见事故原因 The reasons of general accidents
5.1 焊接、切割作业中，炽热的金属火星四处飞溅引燃周围易燃物是引起火灾和爆炸的主要原因； While welding or incising, high-temperature spark nearby would cause fire or explosion. 5.2 在焊割金属容器时，由于对残留的可燃气体或液体未彻底清除，盲目焊割而发生爆炸事故； It may cause explosion if you don’t cleanup the container’s flammable gas or liquid. 5.3 对临时进行焊割作业的现场，没有进行认真检查或没有彻底清除可燃物而引起火灾事故； When you are doing temporary weld, it will also cause fire if you don’t cleanup all flammable. 5.4 在有易燃液体或可燃气体泄露的场所附近进行焊割作业，而引起爆炸事故； If there are flammable leakage, explosion may cause. 5.5 焊割工作结束后，遗留火种引燃原有或后置可燃物而引起火灾。 Leave-behind kindling will light flammable material after welding working.

2.1 本公司人员实施动火作业的，由动火部门主管填写 《临时动火作业审批表》，详见文件《动火作业申报审 批操作指引》（DMCSI-400）； Internal hot work, supervisor fill the 《 Hot Work Permit Request Form 》;
3.2 做好焊、割作业现场的安全检查，清除各种可燃物， 预防焊、割火星飞溅而引起火灾事故。尤其是临时确 定的焊、割地，更应彻底检查，并要划定焊、割作业 区域，必要时在作业现场要拉好安全警示带。
Spot check to remove all the flammable things to avoid fire accident caused by spark. Enclose the work site with alert belt if necessary.
范围：凡在伟创力斗门工业园区内动火，均要向厂 区安全部申报审批。
