English: 5.Termination.This Contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party, in accordance with the terms hereof.In the event of termination, the Teacher shall be entitled to receive compensation for the services rendered up to the date of termination.

English: erning Law and Jurisdiction.This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People"s Republic of China.Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen.
