Battle of Stalingrad
Stalingrad battle was one of the biggest battle in the second world war. It was a war to defend Stalingrad and the Soviet army against the German army group.And it was a battle of Defense and counterattack. The result of the battle was that the Soviet Union had seized the strategic initiative from the German army and held it to the end of the war.

The Normandy Invasion
The Normandy Invasion was a strategic landing battle with the cooperation of land, sea and air forces, completely different from the battles between the United States and Japan in the Pacific island.
