一、机器的用途(function of the equipment)
选粉机为粉料分级设备,主要应用于水泥工业的生料、水泥圈流粉磨工艺,同时在化工、冶金等工业部门也有着广泛的应用。
(It is a powder material classifying equipment,which is mainly used in raw material and cement close-circuit grinding process in cement industry. It is also widely used in chemical and metallurgic industry.)
SY系列高细转子式选粉机是我公司技术人员在转子式选粉机的基础上,将平面涡流理论较好的运用在旋风式选粉机的基础上,经多年的研究而开发出来的一种外部循环式带转子的改进型选粉机。
经实践使用证明,选粉效率达85%以上,而且细度调节方便、灵活、性能可靠。
(SY series high efficient fine rotor separator is a renovated external circulating rotor separator developed from the rotor separator and combined the plane whirlpool theory. The separating effort can exceed 85%. It is easy to control and has a stable performance.)
三、结构特点及工作原理(configuration and working principle)
1、性能特点(Characteristic):
(1)采用高抛撒能力撒料盘,强化了撒料与旋流能力,使物料颗粒能充分分散扬起,增强了物料的分级、分散性能。
(Distributing disc with high throwing ability is adopted which strengths material distributing and rotation. By the full distribution of particle, the material classifying effect will also be optimized.)
(2)合理调整了选粉区与提升区的部位,提高了选粉效率。
(The location of separating and lifting section is adjusted which increases separating effect.)
(3)采用了新型高效低阻旋风筒,减少气流阻力,提高微粉收集能力。
(New high efficient low resistance cyclone is adopted to reduce airflow resistance and increase fine powder collecting ability.)
(4)选粉机主轴可以进行无级调速。
(infinitely variable speeds can be realized for main shaft) (5)多级衬板保护延长了主机使用寿命。
(Multilevel liner will extend the life span of the separatoe)
(6)采用了先进的分瓣式可拆卸笼形转子,大大节省了维护时间和维护难度。
(Advanced dismountable cage type rotor is adopted which will save maintenance time and simplify repair procedure.)
(7)粗粉管和细粉管采用双联锁风阀,大大地降低了漏风率,克服了以前选粉机运转过程中扬尘大的缺点。
(Twin airlock valves are adopted at coarse and fine powder duct which will decrease air leakage and improve the dust emission control.)
2、工作原理(Working principle)
出磨物料由上部进料口(10)喂入,落到与转子成一体的撒料盘上,转子随主轴(11)转动时,撒料盘上的物料在离心力的作用下沿径向甩出而分散于选粉室(6)内与旋转上升的气流相遇,在选粉室内,分级圈(7)下面附近的气流及分散于气流中的物料在分级圈的带动下与分级圈一起作高速旋转,而使气流中的物料受较强的离心力,该力的大小可以通过调节主轴的转速来调节。
当转速增大时,该力也增大。
此时如果保持处理风量一定,则此时的切割粒径减小,产品变细,如转速降低则产品变粗。
物料中的粗颗粒,质量较大,受撒料盘和分级圈作用,落到滴流装置(4)时,再次受上升气流的分选,落到内锥,从粗粉管(2)排出,通过分级圈的细粉经旋风筒(8)收集落入集灰斗,经细粉管排出,清除细粉后的空气则从旋风筒中心经风管(15)返回节能减震风机(14)形成气流闭路循环。
(The ground material will be fed through feeding inlet(10)and falls to the distribution disc which is fixed with rotor. With the rotation of rotor and mani shaft(11),material on the distribution disc will be thrown out and spread in the separating chamber(6)and meet with the uprising airflow. Inside the separating chamber, airflow near grading circle and the floating material will spin at high speed with the drive of grading circle, which will produce a strong centrifugal force to the floating material. By adjusting the rotation speed of main shaft, strength of the centrifugal foree can be adjusted accordingly. When the rotation speed
increases, the centrifugal force will strengthened, and if air volume remains unchanged, then, the cutting particle diameter will decrease and product particle size will be smaller. Inversely, if the rotation speed of main shaft is reduced, the particle size can be larger. Coarse particle with large weight will fall to the tricking device(4)and classified by the uprising airflow again. The coarse particle will be collected by the internal cone and discharged from coarse powder duct(2).Fine powder will be collected by cyclone(8)and fall to dust hopper then discharged from fine powder duct. Clena air will reture the cnergy saying vibration-damping fan(14)via air pipe and form a close-circulate air cycle.)

四、安装要求(Erection requirement)
1、选粉机可以安装在坚固、平整的钢筋混凝土基础上,也可以用钢结构平台支撑,安装后的选粉机应是无振动的。
(The separator shall be installed on a solid and flat reinforce concrete foundation. It can also be supported by a steel platform. The installed separator shall be free from vibration.)
2、选粉机在现场安装时,应注意主体的垂直度,尤其保证内部转子的垂直度,安装时可以在主轴皮带盘上用水平仪校正主轴垂直度(<2/1000)。
(During on site erection, the verticality of main body shall be emphasized, especially the verticality of rotor. Leveling instrument can be used on the main shaft belt pulley to rectify the verticality of main shaft(<2/1000))
3、各密封结合面处不得漏气、渗油现象,安装时各法兰口必须用石棉绳加黄油密封。
(Air
and oil leakage is not allowed at each sealing point. Asbestos rope and grease shall be used to each flange during erection.)
4、风机固定位置根据工作场所进行合理选择,注意联接风管不要太长,以免影响风压,其支脚减震器应放在平整、坚固的水平面上。
为保证使用效果,我公司NO.12.5以上风机一律采用混凝土基础。
(The location of fan shall be selected according to site condition. It is suggested that the connecting air pipe shouldn’t be too long(which can influence the air pressure).The vibration damper of fan supporting leg shall be installed on plane and solid ground. To ensure performance, we suggest concrete foundation shall be adopted for fans over NO.12.5)
5、安装时,粗粉和细粉的双联锁风阀应尽可能垂直放置在粗粉、细粉管道的末端,即尽可能靠近输送设备。
(During installation, twin airlock valves shall be vertically placed at the ends of coarse powder and fine powdet ducts and as close as possible to the conveying equipment. )
五、操作、维护及检修(Operation, maintenance and repair)
1、操作(operagion)
(1)试运转:选粉机安装结束后,应将各润滑点加上适量的润滑油,随后应进行试运转4~8小时,检查各轴承供油情况是否良好,轴承温度是否正常,转子部分运动是否平稳,有无振动噪音试运转认为完全合格后才允许正式投入生产。
(The following points shall be examined: Whether oil supply of each bearing is in condition; Whether temperature of bearing is normal; Whether rotation of rotor is stable; whether vibration and noise is found. Only after the completely successful test run is achieve, can the equipment be put into normal operation.)
(2)开机顺序:成品输送-选粉风机-选粉机主轴电机-磨尾混合提升-磨机。
关机顺序与此相反。
(Start up sequence: finished product conveying-fan-main shaft motor of separator-mixed elevator at mill end-mill. The shut down sequence is on the contrary.)
(3)喂料:当选粉机达到正常转速,并且风机风量达到正常时,才允许喂料,停车时应先停止喂料,才能停电动机。
(Material feeding: when normal rotation speed of separator and normal air volume of fan is achieved, materal can be fed .When shut down the equipment, first to stop material feeding and then shut down the motor.)
2、维护(maintenance)
为保证选粉机长期安全运转,需特别注意对选粉机进行日常的维护和定期检修。
使用厂家应制定适合本厂实际情况的操作规程和维护制度。
(In order to ensure long-term safe operation, daily maintenance and periodically repair shall be carried out for the separator. Operation regulation and maintenance system shall be established based on actual plant condition.)
日常运转过程中,要保证各润滑点充分润滑,选粉机内部轴承及风机轴承要定期加入润滑油(见下表)。
日常维护中应注意选粉机转子的平衡性,如果发现异常振动现象,必需立即停车检查原因,清除故障后才能继续运转。
(During daily operation, lubication at each oil site shall be ensured. Lubrication oil shall be added to separator bearing and fan besring periodically(refer to table listed below).Attention shall be paid to the balance of separator rotor. In case abnormal vibration is
found, equipment shall be shut down immediately. Only after the solution of failure, can the

定期清理汇风管及管道内的积灰。
(Dust in the air collecting pipes and ducts shall be cleaned and removed periodically.)
3、检修及注意事项
选粉机必需定期检修。
停机后,转子部分等数分钟后才会停止转动,待选粉机内物料沉淀后,才能打开检修门。
一般对下述零件进行检修。
(Periodical repair shall be carried out. After the stoppage of motor, it will take several minutes to stop the rotation of rotor. Maintenance door can be opened after the settlement of material inside the separator. Generally, the following components shall be examined.)
清除轴承中黄油渣,注意不允许有灰尘进入轴承内;更换小风叶及衬板等已经被磨损零件。
注意:对转子部件的每一个零件都应称重合格后方可对称装配,确保更换磨损后能保持平衡。
(The grease residue in the bearing shall be removed. Pay attention to not bring dust into bearing. Wearing parts like small fan blade and lining plate shall be repaired or replaced. Note: each components of rotor shall be weighed and qualified before installation so as to ensure stability and balance of the rotor after replacement.)
六、产品细度的调节(product fineness adjustment)
细度调节通常采用调节主轴转速的方法进行。
除特别需要,一般不应用调节风量的办法调节细度。
一般情况下,在试生产时,通常将主风阀全部打开,通过改变主轴转速来调节细度:转速越高,细度越细,转速越低则细度越粗。
如果此时不能将细度调节到规范要求,则可以调节主风阀的位置,改变循环风量,一旦细度合乎要求后,即将风阀固定好,在正常生产过程中,不应随意调整。
(Normally, fineness of product can be adjusted by altering the rotation speed of main shaft. Air volume is another factor which can influence the product fineness, however, this adjusting method shall not be adopted in normal condition. During test run, usually main air valve shall be fully open, and fineness will be adjusted by changing rotation speed of main shaft, the larger the main shaft rotates, the particle. Inversely, the slower the main shaft rotates, the larger the particle. If the required fineness cannot be achieved only by adjusting main shaft rotation speed, the opening of valve can be changed so as to alter the circulating air volume. Once the required fineness is obtained, the position of valve opening shall be fixed. And during daily production, the valve opening shall not be adjusted randomly.)

九、常见故障及处理方法(common failure and solution)
由于操作维护不当,以及零部件的磨损、损坏等原因造成各种故障,应及时处理。

1、选型:输送设备规格和磨机配套推荐如下:(Equipment selection: the following
如果原来用过选粉机,则原有提升机的提升能力已经考虑为闭路磨,如果略有不足则可以通过增加斗数或适当提高速度。
(If the existing system includes separator, the capacity of existing elevator shall meet the requirement of close-circulate mill. If the capacity is slightly insufficient, it can be rectified by increasing buckets or increasing speed.)
2、进料口角度:对选粉机而言,生料磨必须大于50度,水泥磨必须大于45度,更要特别注意物料水份越大则角度越大。
(Material inlet slope: for raw mill, slope of separator material inlet shall be more than 50 degree, and for cement mill it shall be more than 45 degree. The higher the water content in material, the larger the slope.)
3、选粉机出料部分:(material discharging at separator)
在粗、细粉出口必需各加两道锁风阀。
(Two airlock valves shall be installed at coarse power and fine piwder outlet respectively.)
4、磨机部分:(mill part)
(1)、磨内通风必需用引风机,要求磨内风速达0.8~1.2m/s;(Draft fan shall be used for nill ventilation. And air velocity inside mill shall be 0.8~1.2m/s.)
(2)、磨尾下料口必需加两道锁风阀,同时应保证磨尾(包括垃圾口、检修门),引风管道处的密封性,否则会影响磨内通风效果和磨机产量;(Two airlock valves shall be installed at the mill discharging end. Meanwhile, sealing performance at mill end (including maintenance door and litter outlet)and draft air duct shall be secured. Otherwise, ventilation inside mill and mill capacity will be effected negatively.)
(3)、磨机进料应尽量均匀;(Mill material feeding shall be even)
(4)、磨机的隔仓板、篦板等由开路改闭路后要适当放大孔径,以便提高磨内风速和物料的流速;(Aperture of diaphragm and grate plate shall be enlarged after being changed to close-circulate so as to increase air velocity and material flow speed inside the mill.)
(5)、磨机的装载量也可随开路改闭路而适当增加,这样有利于提高磨机产量,前提是必需保证磨机的正常安全运行。
(Mill charge can alseo be increasedby changing the open-circulate wywtem to close-circulate system,which will also increase the capacity of mill. Anyhow, the saic operation of shall be ensured.)
(6)、对回料输送设备,考虑回料中有粗颗粒子,建议不采用螺旋绞刀,以免卡死绞刀。
(Regarding the returned material converying equipmint, screw converyor is not recommended as it might be blocked by coarse particles in returned material.)
